incredibly disappointed, I just stopped by after work to order an ice cream cake ( basic cake not a blizzard cake or anything fancy) for the next day and was told sorry we can't do it because you want it sooner then 24 hours (I needed it 22 hours later) I was like what?? you can't write on a basic cake unless you have 24 hours notice lolwhat ever happened to customer service lol
Burgers and onion rings were good, until I found a hair in my fries, black short hair, mine is fairly long and grey/red. My husband is balding. Got food through drive through. Made me gag especially because we ate most of the food. Complained to manager blonde girl, but offered new fries.No thanks.. I'm appaled, won't be back. Food servers should wear hair nets and beard nets!!
Forest lawn DQ is closer but go check my review there to see the difference in quantity and quality of their blizzards. Consistently the best and most generous location I have ever visited and walk further to get to. Forest lawn says they are regulated to not fill a small Blizzard to an inch under the rim.
This is clearly the only Dairy Queen that knows how to make a proper Blizzard and fill the ice cream past the top of the rim of the cup and into the dome lid. (Basically overfill). Every other Dairy Queen I’ve been to cheaps out on the Blizzards ice cream. Go to this Dairy Queen if you want to get the best amount of product for the price you pay. Thank you.
UPDATE: April 13, 2022 - Madigan==============================Tonight I was served the biggest and most delicious Oh Henry Blizzard I have ever eaten. The one word that sprang from my lips when the server passed the delicious treat to me through the drive thru window was "WOW"!!! The cup was bursting at the seems with thick, rich and tasty goodness extending at least one inch above the top of the cup.I got my money's worth and more in this visit. I will definitely make this my preferred location.------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEWThis is one of the best DQ's in the city in my experience. Large portions and fair prices, and if you ask for a freshly cooked burger and are willing to wait a few minutes, they will grill one up for you. The alternative is they heat one up the same fashion as other fast food places, still tasty but not as good as hot off the grill in my opinion. If you order a large size ice cream cone, you actually get a large. Not like some of the other DQs in the city. Highly recommend this little DQ.
I love this place. They are open a little later, their ice cream just tastes better but the biggest thing of all is the staff. They are friendly and fast and I've enjoyed every interaction I've had there.
Used the drive-through at this location and was surprised how busy it was around 3 pm. The wait was about 15 minutes due to the number of vehicles lined up but the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We ordered a chicken basket, fries, and double cheeseburgers, all were freshly made and had the distinctly flame-broiled flavor of Dairy Queen we love.
I called this location to inquire on whether or not I would be able to get writing on a cake that I order from SkipTheDishes, I spoke to Andrew and he was extremely helpful! I have been coming to this location for a long time and I am so pleased with their customer service. Andrew made our night can’t thank him enough :)
I love coming here. The staff are mostly female form fitting clothing teenagers. So I would like to see a litttle more gender diversity also I would fix the drive through exit pavement. You need a 4x4 to get through that without high centring yourself.
Always great fresh food, drive through is very dangerous right now with ice. My sedan was slipping sideways while stopped. They need to hire a company to clear the drive through especially at the window
