I had ordered a slushy and noticed chunks in it of somthing red so I asked for a spoon to scoop it out, no big deal. As it melted it got worse I was a little concerned on what it was and that they may not clean their machines properly...
Ordered off of skip some pretzel and queso, when i opened the queso, it had mould in it, which i had to throw out, i usually have no issue with this location, i just wish they can keep an eye on products so they don't go mouldy
If I could give no stars I would. Went in there tonight because the wife and I were craving a dessert after supper. Ordered a medium blizzard and a strawberry sundae. Waited close to 20 minutes for our items. While we were waiting 3 skip drivers got there orders as well as the 2 customers (Which were full meals) who ordered after us. Thats when I realized our ice creams were sitting in the order window melting away. If I had'nt of gone up to the cashier and asked for our orders they would of completely melted before I recieved them. Absolutely the slowest service at a DQ I've ever seen. You would think that melting ice cream may be a bit of a priority to get to the customer but I guess not. Won't be going back.
After waiting about 20 minutes for two meals, the food came out cold and unsalted. The wait was quite taxing, so I decided to pull a live cat worth of hair from between the booth seats to cure my boredom. Only a two star because the service was fine, and I'm assuming there's not much more they can do to put love into the food.
Came to dairy queen and pulled up the offers on my app... When I went inside and asked for the bogo coupon to be scanned on my app I was told.."we don't have a scanner"... They would not honour any of the deals in the app. When I asked to speak to a manager they stated "we don't have one". Probably the worst dq experience in my life. Please do not come to this location.
By far the worst experience at a dq I've ever had. Ordered the 2 for 5.50 with a crispy chicken wrap, but was charged for the 7 dollar sandwich. Lady putting in the order insisted the price would come down automatically but it didn't. Finally was able to get a refund and they put the correct order in but waited for almost a half hour for the order of 3 hot items to be remade. In the meantime ice cream is melted. While waiting for my order they messed up on another persons order by also putting in the wrong thing and made a poor skip driver wait for the same amount of time. Finally got my order and the wrap is still wrong! Its got flame thrower instead of ranch, so this poor pregnant lady can't even eat it. The only good thing was the gentleman remaking the food was extremely apologetic for the insane wait time.
The service here was super slow, the servings were small, and the blizzards were not made properly. Waited 10 minutes for 3 small blizzards, I was the only one in the store, and there was 3 people working the ice cream station.
I just bought 2 blizzards one strawberry cheesecake and one red velvet and was very disappointed . It was soft and hardly had any cheesecake or red velvet cake and the worst part they were both soft and would not have passed the blizzard test, if it was turned upside down it would all went in to the cover.
Never coming Back again! Spend a lot of money in ice cream and I can't use the table with my kids..very dissapointed ??
We usually will call our order in over the phone and pick it up. That goes for cakes and blizzards. The staff is very accommodating and work very quickly to have your order ready. The ice-cream treat are tasty and the options are plentiful.
