Something wasn't right for Father's Day 2022...Easter and Mother's Day visits were awesome and I was very impressed. Father's Day...MY supposed "special" day?? Not so much. In fact NOT AT ALL!Reservation for 11:45am...we arrived on time but waited 5 minutes by the door just to be shown to our seats. We were given menus...but no water, no refreshments, no service for another 15 minutes. They finally took our orders but the food did not arrive for at least 35 mins and my order came out wrong (ordered bacon, got sausage) and missing the pancakes that it should have come with. While waiting for the orders I flagged our server to ask if the food was coming soon...she replied "I hope so..." and apologetically offered us free soups. So we said thanks but waited another 8 or so minutes for the free soup.Food finally came and just lukewarm...some sausages were overdone. Server said she would be back with the pancakes but never did return. The Big Breakfast is stated as "3 farm fresh eggs" but it looked like it only had 2.Asked for the bill and that took another 20 minutes to get. ALL THIS considering the place was not even half filled with customers???Too bad...I was quite happy to find this place the first time. Not sure I will be back. ?-----------------------------------------------Apr. 17, 2022...Tried this place for the first time and OMG! How had I not discovered it sooner? They have a very interesting mix of choices on their menu and I will surely be back to try more dishes! I opted for the Farmer's Market Bowl and really enjoyed the crunchy potatoes and chorizo! Can't wait for the next visit. Oh and parking is free and easy too!
ALWAYS an amazing experience! I love the system that YOU get to wander the restaurant as you take your time to decide what food you want. The managers, Tracy & Janet, as well as the servers, Ana Lucia & Yael, were very welcoming, polite, and friendly. The chefs prepared DELICIOUS food!! I can't wait for my next visit AND to have their sister company - Great Events Catering - for my sister's baby shower in July!Keep up the GREAT work!
We were there last Saturday for Mother’s Day and it’s beyond my expectations. Nice ambiance and my kids enjoyed the buffet. I’ve never seen a fancy restaurant that gave away all the food and give boxes and you can take away anything that you like from desserts, candies,salad,mains. I mean Everything they serve that day! Kids were so happy taking candies! Lol ? Food is amazing ? I definitely recommend it!
This was our second visit to Cravings. The first visit we were with a group of eight. We experienced a long wait to order as well as a long wait to receive our food. One guest did not receive her meal until most of us were done eating. The food was OK, nothing great, but satisfying. My wife and I decided to give it second try and arrived when there were only a few patrons present. There were three waitresses we could see, and were promptly sat down with a menu. It was 20-minutes later before a waitress took our order. In the mean time, we watched as more patrons came in. It was another 45-minutes before we received our order so we watched what was going on in the restaurant. The waitresses appeared busy but we never saw any of them refill a coffee on a table. Patrons were going to a coffee pot and pouring for themselves, then returning to their respective tables. When our food was served, mine was mostly cold. I had ordered eggs over easy but got hard fried eggs with dried yoke. My rye toast was like hardtack, and my sausages cold and shrivelled. I ate a partial egg and sausages because I was overdue for food in my body as I am diabetic. My wife actually had to get up and find our waitress to get butter for a pancake served, which turned out to be served cold. She never received the toast she ordered. We are in our seventies and frequently eat out. I love to write reviews on good service and good food. I dislike writing a review such as this, but this a first in at least 20-years I have been so disappointed In a restaurant. Our waitress did not return to our table to ask us about the food. Her gratuity was equal to that of her her service.
Welcoming staff, creative & flavorful cuisine and lovely presentation! Odd location( there is no sidewalk or bus service coming from one direction so we had to taxi there)Wonderful ambience and free parking! Super place for a cocktail or full 3 course meal! We have been here several times and always enjoy it!? Highly recommended!

Decided to stop in for lunch. This is our first time coming here. It's a great concept. There are several choices to choose from. One of those one stop places that have a bit of everything. The seating area is large enough to accommodate a lot of people. The staff are friendly and even took the time to explain to us the whole process. So you are given a card and you go to whatever station you want to order any item you want. So you can go order from every station if you want. Once the food is up a server will bring the food to your table. Then you settle your bills at the end of your meal. So for example my wife decided on a Thai dish, I went with the "A La Vodka" and my daughter had a burger, fried and a fruit bowl. My pasta was delicious. It had some chicken breast and some cured pork belly which was very nice compliment to my dish. Almost like a smoked bacon flavour. My wife really enjoyed her dish as well and the best part kids eat free! I would recommend coming here. You can bring the whole family and its sure to cater to everyones tastes buds.
I called 11:10am to place an order, I was nearby & ordered truffle fries (I think they would usually come with a dip?-didn’t),& a beet salad, I was told 10 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. Informed them I was there for a pick up, and gave my name & they said it was almost ready. So I browsed around the coffee/dessert area, asking questions to the staff member about cake orders, as my birthday is coming up, he wasn’t very helpful, & he wasn’t busy, except for refilling his own coffee.I waited, approached by 3 other staff members asking if I had been helped, informed them all I was waiting for my order, with my name. I looked at the salad take out area, & as they got busy, I moved over (after waiting 15 minutes), to the entrance to not be in anyone’s way. After being told my fries & salad would be ready in 10 minutes, I waited over 30, eventually the barrister called me and was looking at me as my phone rang, saying my order was ready. I told him I didn’t pay yet, I also asked another staff member if I could pay for my order with no response. Anyway I realized my order had been sitting on the table for take out for at least 15 minutes, and it showed in the quality of the cold fries I received. Unfortunately my experience seemed that they catered to the “regulars” that came in while I waited, but I guess I just got “lost in the shuffle”.I own a business so I’m rating 4 stars because I understand how much google reviews mean to business & I support local, maybe I just came on a off day or something. Unfortunately I was not happy with the service, or food. I will return though to try again, because I understand restaurants have suffered over Covid so I continue to support local. Hopefully next visit will improve. I would have bought dessert & salad had I been able to receive more information. Oh well, maybe next time.
The restaurant was nice. The floor manager was great and helpful. Our server ignored us at times. Difficult to get refills on drinks and order desserts. Had to go speak to floor manager which she was generous enough to comp our desserts as it took over 20 minutes to get them. We had errors on our mains. I did not get my side dish of sweet potato fries, while my husband received sweet potato fries and not the Caesar salad that he ordered. We received our mains while we had just received our apps. We will probably not be returning soon.
Found this place by randomly driving by and very glad we did. The food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Also, friendly and quick service. Would definitely recommend.
