The cupcakes are amazing and even provided frozen ice packs to keep them cool on my trip home as my air conditioner was kapput. Great service and very helpful. A tiny bite of heaven in each mouthful.
got some custom cupcakes done here yesterday and they were absolutely perfect. baker was beyond kind as well as the rest of the staff. will come back here for every occasion!!! thank you!!!
Great place for an occasional treat! You know exactly what they have to offer and you can hop in there grab it and head out quickly. They also have specialty items and even gluten free friendly. Not recommended for celiacs but as a gluten intolerant I have no issues eating the cupcakes. Nice to be able to get exactly what each of the family members wants. We all seem to have extremely different tastes lol. The specialty cakes a tad pricy.
I love this location!! Everyone working is so sweet and helpful! Megan was absolutely amazing as I had questions and she helped me out so much. I got cupcakes for my sisters birthday and they were delicious! Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone :))
It seems like the recipe or ingredients have been changed. The cupcakes do not have the same quality taste which they have had previously.
This bakery is a sham on customer care. I bought a cake for my daughters 16th birthday.. which ended up having butter paper inside it! When the cake was cut, all kids started pulling out the paper and in the end I could not serve this cake.. in the end we headed out and grabbed a cake from Coop. I went back on next business day with the butter paper and videos and pictures of the cake and my recipt. The manager didn’t see me and the front employee told me that someone will for sure contact me! Well that was 8 days ago! I paid $60 plus on this horrible cake and this business gives no thought on its own fault! Take the customers Money and ignore! I have warned all my friends and family! I would rather pay someone who cares for my business. Crave is just making money with no care of its own horrible products!
This place has the best cake ever created. I would eat the strawberry frosting with a spoon. I’ve been buying these cakes for 3 years worth of everyone’s birthdays. The cupcakes are very good as well.
Myself and my wife made it one step in to this shop (we had masks on, they did not have masks on) before an extremely assertive covid capacity enforcer from across the store alerted us to the 3 person maximum capacity and asked us to leave immediately. The other two people in the store seemed uncomfortable. It's been 2 years of this, you should learn how to speak politely to customers and settle down, Karen. You sell cupcakes...
Not to be a total Karen but I think this is definitely worth pointing out. I’m so disappointed… bought cupcakes for my moms 55th birthday only for my stepdad to take a bite into his cupcake and almost break a tooth on what looked like a date pit?? I’ve never had issues with crave but this alarming and definitely a quality issue. Definitely put a damper on the birthday night.
Crave made us the most delicious wedding cake. They fully customized it to what we asked for. There wasn’t a single slice left! Everyone loved it ❤️.
