I love this place! I think it’s real cute and the cupcakes are fluffy and great! The icing is very unique. Crave is reliable. Sometimes the icing is a bit too sweet for me or the cupcakes themselves are but I would still give it a 5 stars because they are good and the service is friendly!
Yummy vanilla cupcake and the velvet cupcakes were amazing as well.The service was great.The chocolate cupcakes tasted like they came from a store bought ready cake mix. The icing was too sugary and sweet for me, overall decent cupcakes though.
We hired crave to cater for our wedding. Their catering department is great, easy to contact and flexible. They allowed us to increase and then decrease our order size as our guest count fluctuated. Pickup on the day of was seamless. Cupcakes themselves were obviously great, exactly as you'd get in store, and we received many compliments from guests.
Nice selection, friendly staff.Not sure if it was the frosting or the little cups my mini cupcakes were in, but all I tasted was plastic.The cake part was awesome.
the service here is inferior to other bakeries in the city. i’ve been here maybe ten times, the second time a young girl screamed at me that the happy birthday cupcakes weren’t for sale after i watched someone else buy one, and she told me that only the ones on the wall were available. the way she said it was so angry and i couldn’t see right away what she was trying to point at and i didn’t feel like further engaging her so i left. i went back another few times and never saw her again so i assumed she got let go for her insane behaviour. yesterday i bought the fifth birthday cake i’ve bought this week for coworkers and although no one screamed at me it was the only bakery that never offered to write anything on the cake. i bought 2 from wow bakery, 1 from sucre, and 1 from co-op, and all 4 separate locations asked me if i wanted anything on it but crave just rushed me out and it wasn’t particularly busy. i find their sweets to be average at best and comparable to the same palate you could get from a fancier cake from co-op, like their multi layer birthday cake vs a plain sheet cake. as much as i want to love crave because a saskatoon location was really slaying the game when i lived there, i just can’t get into this one.

We ordered mini cupcakes and a cake topper for our wedding. Communication during the ordering process was great as I asked many questions during the planning process. The cake and mini cupcakes came out beautifully and tasted great. Thanks for being patient with me and for baking great tasting cakes.
Had a great experience with one of the girls at the counter!! I think her name was Veronica.She answered all my questions and took the time to offer suggestions for what my dinner party would need.The 24 mini cupcakes were so delicious and satisfied all of my guests! Will be returning for all of my events! Thank you Crave!!!
Ordered online for school fundraiser. Set up your own pick up. The cupcakes were so wonderfully packaged and the pickup was easy. I have to say I rediscovered crave. Used to order regularly for kids birthdays and events, then kinda stopped. Happy to discover it again. Great gift idea as well.
This bakery is a sham on customer care. I bought a cake for my daughters 16th birthday.. which ended up having butter paper inside it! When the cake was cut, all kids started pulling out the paper and in the end I could not serve this cake.. in the end we headed out and grabbed a cake from Coop. I went back on next business day with the butter paper and videos and pictures of the cake and my recipt. The manager didn’t see me and the front employee told me that someone will for sure contact me! Well that was 8 days ago! I paid $60 plus on this horrible cake and this business gives no thought on its own fault! Take the customers Money and ignore! I have warned all my friends and family! I would rather pay someone who cares for my business. Crave is just making money with no care of its own horrible products!
