Very disappointed with the level of customer service. I called first thing in the morning wanting to pick up a birthday cupcake for my fiancé today since the shop was closed yesterday so I couldn’t call in advance. The woman who answered the phone said there’s no way I can pay over the phone or put certain flavours aside. She said I can come to the store and pick up what’s available but I just wanted 1 red velvet for my fiancé. I live very far from a crave cupcake location and was not able to pick up until evening due to work. She was very rude and provided no solution for me. They don’t care about making occasions special for people.

The cupcakes were so hard, stale and dry we thought they were old. I rarely go to Crave preferring Cookie Mama, but I had a coupon.Community Natural Foods has much better quality for cheaper even for vegan and gluten free cupcakes.Safeway had better quality for regular cupcakes.

We have had really good customer service from this location, but we had a rather bad experience today. Our cupcakes were hard and dry and they seem to get smaller every year. At 5 bucks a piece, we would like to have the original size at least!! Making them all icing does not make them better!

I've been working some long days, so thought I'd bring my wife home her favorite baked good. These are so good, I can get away with lackluster birthday gifts. My favourite is the red velvet, I always thought I disliked red velvet, but that cream cheese... Wowza. My wife loves the chocolate with raspberry icing. That's my second choice.

If I could NO STARS I would! This bakery is a sham on customer care. I bought a cake for my daughters 16th birthday.. which ended up having butter paper inside it! When the cake was cut, all kids started pulling out the paper and in the end I could not serve this cake.. in the end we headed out and grabbed a cake from Coop. I went back on next business day with the butter paper and videos and pictures of the cake and my recipt. The manager didn’t see me and the front employee told me that someone will for sure contact me! Well that was 8 days ago! I paid just under $70 on this horrible cake and this business gives no thought on its own fault! Take the customers Money and ignore! I have warned all my friends and family! I would rather pay someone who cares for my business. Crave is just making money with no care of its own horrible products!

Just received Valentine's cupcakes and cookie order. Everything is perfect! Items arrived in separate boxes for quick gifting. Also received text message about the ETA.Wish I could give more stars!

Definitely on the pricey side for sure, but their products are great for any occasion not to mention they taste amazing. The staff here a very helpful and friendly definitely a great go to dessert place for me!

My husband and I went in to get some celebratory cupcakes for getting married today. The girl at the front was so kind and enthusiastic. Great customer service. We will definitely be returning.I'm sorry we didn't catch your name, but thank you so much!

The bake at home red velvet mix is awful. Followed the instructions to the letter - the texture and moistness was spot on, but the flavour was terrible - vinegary. Inedible unfortunately and tossed in the bin.

Definitely pricey, but good flavour options and a high-quality go-to for gluten-free cakes. Since the cupcakes themselves are a dense, slightly dry, American-style cake, it's quite sweet and heavy. I recommend buying the mini cupcakes instead of the full size, just so you're able maximize flavors and minimize leftovers because the regular size is very large.Flavours I enjoy most are the coconut-cream on either the vanilla or chocolate base, as well as the red-velvet. Would I recommend it? Depends on what type of cake you prefer and how rich you like your desserts. If you prefer subtle sweet, light, Asian-style cakes like me, I can confidently say you're not missing out.
