Beer selection is awesome! I had a seasonal "banana coffee porter". Weird, but great! Server was very nice!Hamburger selection wasn't great. We had to order a double burger and request that it be a single patty. No discount in price. The tortilla soup was probably tomato basil soup with kernel corn and tortilla strips added. That was disappointing.
Nice inside, cool decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Though most of the tables are raised, there were some lower table options with a ramp leading to the section rather than stairs. Both of things were very helpful because one of our party has mobility issues.A pretty large menu, which was generally enjoyed by us. The strawberry lemonade was disappointing, and one of us got the Mac 'n' cheese and wished it has been creamier. We went there because there were at least a few good vegan or vegan friendly options on the menu. The Impossible burger was good though you have to ask for no burger sauce.Bathrooms are down stairs but there is an elevator available for those who need it and the bathrooms are quite nice too.Staff should be paid more, and tips shouldn't be needed for them to have a living wage. That should be on the business
I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate a celiac, and can they ever!A huge selection of gluten free options. Knowledgeable , friendly staff.clean and comfortable. Lots of room for a dinner party to celebrate just about anything.Bri was wondering on the phone and in person. Thank you, for the wonderful meal. My daughter and I were kept safe and did not have to worry about the process of how are food was prepared.Incredible service!
Had to try this place and I love it!! I love the Industrial decor, the way they set up the dozens of taps so you can see where they go. I just wish I could try the samplers of beer! At least they have a nice selection of gluten free beers. It’s actually the biggest selection out of all the restaurants I’ve been in so far. The food was also enjoyable. I’ve brought friends along and even had a mother son date and he loved it too
My girlfriend and I had never been here before and we decided to try Craft out for my birthday. Appy’s were pretty good, great selection of drinks as well. Unfortunately, after we finished our appetizers we ended up waiting 45 minutes before asking our server where our food was. We saw that it was busy and assumed the kitchen was just backed up. We got the mac and cheese and were pretty disappointed, had almost no flavour and we waited for almost an hour for it. On top of that, we were not offered any money off our bill or free dessert to compensate, even though our server totally forgot about our food until we brought it up. Unfortunately we probably will not be back.
First time coming here since pandemic started, and it did not disappoint. Our server, Kyleigh was great, the two hostesses at the front were very personable and every other server we encountered were great!Food was very good as well. Looking forward to going back again.
Went for dinner here last night. Craving the Gluten Free Mac n Cheese. Our food was delivered within 10 minutes. I was shocked as gluten free takes longer to cook. Well pretty sure was not Gluten Free as 20 minutes after leaving the restaurant I've been sick and still sick today. This is what happens when i get Glutened. Trying to get our bill took forever as the waitress spent most of her time flirting with a couple guys at a table near us. We finally asked the manager for our bill. Not impressed.
The wife and I came in for a meal and some drinks. The food was great and pretty reasonably priced service was prompt and our food order came out very quickly. Portions just seem a little on the small side.My only issues was with the beer I was served. My first beer was poured about an inch below the rim of the glass. A proper beer should be to the rim. I know it can be done as both our waters were poured to the rim.My second beer had about 2 inches of foam in the glass and at least another inch of foam that was above the rim. Pretty big deal for a beer market to have these inconsistencies with serving beer.Overall it was a good experience and I would go back again.
Had a super nice experience here, the staff was lovely. The poke bowl was delicious and our party enjoyed the variation of unique drinks. Most definitely an awesome choice for a night out with friends if you want to avoid the travel downtown and stay in the south.
After eating at the downtown location and having a great experience, I was excited to try this one...but boy was I super disappointed. For the 1.5hrs we were there we got served one drink. We went in to watch the nfl and planned to order food, and drinks for the entirety of the game. We were seated ordered a beer and a coke, the girl forgot our order as she left the table, so we had to remind her. We then ordered food and that is where it went downhill. Our food was brought to the table and the server left as soon as the trays hit the table, never once asking if we needed anything etc. We were given our meals without any cutlery...I had a salad as my side...problem one. I also ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap...don't do this it was a tiny, wilted lettuce leaf on each side that made it impossible to eat as a burger. My partner and I then sat for our entire meal with empty glasses and not a single staff member in sight to order drinks, no one checked on us or our food. Our trays then sat empty on the table for a prolonged period of time before our server finally showed up...we asked for the bill and it took a further 15mins to pay as our server once again disappeared. We had ordered happy hour food specials but were charged full price, we didn't fight it as we just wanted out of the place. So after overpaying for our meal, leaving mid-game and extremely thirsty, we went home...a truly awful dining experience.
