We’ve gotten food here a few times. It’s always great food. A bit expensive but it’s delicious and worth it. ThT said tonight a young lady behind the counter tonight was literally working so hard because her coworker showed up over an hour late. She handled it well and deserves to be recognized. Kudos to her!
3.5/5.Decent bbq to have in a pinch our side of town. My husband enjoyed his sandwich but said it needed a little extra sauce.I had the mac and cheese which I thought was delicious. Really liked the crispy onions!
Food is delicious and portion is massive so I would say the food is worth the price. However, the service is an entirely different story. I mean I am not at all expecting a stellar service in a place like this because it is a fast food restaurant, and restaurant services are subpar pretty much everywhere because duh Covid. But let me just say that the service we received from the lady cashier who was at the counter yesterday afternoon was a different kind awful. She took our order and I understand that we took a while to decide because hello it’s our first time at this place. Btw, the place wasn’t busy at all. She rolled her eyes when my husband asked what are the options for drinks then said ‘behind me’ (referring to the fridge with drinks in it behind her), and another eye roll when I said my husband will get the side of mac & cheese for his sandwich because she thought I was ordering a kid’s meal mac & cheese which she said you can’t get side mac&cheese. I do not even know what she meant as I was ordering a sandwich combo with side of mac&cheese NOT a kid’s meal. Awful experience with that particular lady. Not again.
I had the beef dip with horseradish aioli and au-jus. Overall it was a good beef dip. The aioli could have used more horseradish as I found it pretty mild. A stronger horseradish would be welcomed.
This place is phenomenal. Talking to the girl (who was amazing) that serve us today. Looks like we are about 7 years too late in this place. The portions, flavours and everything about it just make it a true hidden gem & must try. Customer service at it's finest. A once per week must from now on.
This place is amazing!!! The service is fast and most importantly the girl who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. Their cheese steak was beyond delicious and was very impressed with the cheese cream they use. Can't wait to return and try more!
Not sure what's wrong with the people who gave this place bad reviews. Service was fast and great, the horseradish aioli was amazing. Bread was perfectly toasted and the meat was delicious and not dry at all. The dip is out of this world! No complaints, just a full belly for a good price.
Just had lunch there. Went with the Philly cheese and the cowboy special side.Philly was perfectly done , bun was soft and toasted the beef and melted age cheddar was disturbing good ! Added a touch of horseradish and some pickles as well.Cowtown special had a nice bite to it and was full of flavour.You get what you pay for with the price.Can’t wait to come back.
One of the best steak,chicken,pork food joints you can find in all of Calgary, the smell of highly grade meat and sauces just lifts you up in the air as soon as you walk in! Would highly recommend!
date lunch.. we decided to check out these guys! the bbq chicken soundwich ON POINT ! so moist, flavor was out of this world ! ordered the cowboy special; sounds like an odd combo but soo worth it! the portions are amazing ! you definitely won't be disappointed!
