Love supporting a business who cares about their employees and makes sure the public knows. Far too often rudness from customers is looked the other way on all in the name of "the customer is always right" more places should take note from this business/franchise owner and stand up for their employees. On a separate note, the food was great, very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and happy to help.
Very disappointed in how much they have cut portion size. The girl who made. the enchiladas totally made them half the usual size. The pork carnitas container was almost empty so instead of getting more she scrapped the sides resulting in two very small enchiladas. The service has never been great. We only go back because the food is usually good so we suffer through the poor service. We usually go here once a week. After night I doubt we will go back again.
The best place for Mexican food. Quick service with great attitude. Food is fantastic and very fresh. You'll never regret it.
Pretty fast for ordering on the app. But there are no utensils at all. Soo now we are a bit stuck.
Love the enchiladas. It's my third time going here. I tried the shredded beef and sweet pork.
I want to start off by saying I usually love Costa Vida. I pick up dinner from here every other week almost and I’m usually pretty satisfied with my food. However when I went today I noticed that a staff member had not put as much meat in my enchiladas as I am used to and when I said something about it they just responded with, “that’s the normal amount.” I think I know what the normal amount looks like and this is not it. I paid $30 and both my orders had a very small amount of meat. I tried to post a photo but it wouldn’t upload.
Found dead bugs in my food today. This is my second time ordering at this location and both times have been a huge disappointment.
This place was the same as the other Costa Vida's I have been too. the food is conveyor belt mexican food. I didn't have any issues with it, but it is a little over priced, which seems to be more to do with the current cost of food everywhere and less to do with C.V. I might come back if I have the munchies.
Quesadilla and Enchilada were delicious. I liked their sauce in beans. It was well coated. However, I wish they heated nachos a little but ?. I recommend this place to Mexican food lovers for sure.
Really good, fresh tasting Mexican food. The staff was really helpful to make up a meal that would work with food sensitivities. Very friendly crew and the meal tasted amazing! A little on the pricey side, but considering the quality (freshly pressed and cooked tortillas and fresh tasting toppings) it's worth it.
