The portions are perfect, the menu options are plentiful, and the staff members really contribute to the really happy, bubbly, positive and fresh atmosphere of the place. It puts you in a good mood once you're out. Love u staff<3
One of the most underrated fast food joints ever. Slow cooked beef burrito and sweet pork are my go-to. Great place, but needs to fix the toilet handle to make it flush. Also,the bathroom door lock doesn't work. Your employee walked in on me pooping ?

First time I visited. Bad impression. First, the server never asked if it was "for here or to go" he just assumed it was to go and I didn't realize it until I was paying for the food (and we wanted to dine in).Second, the amount of protein is very disproportional. I mean it was mediocre. We ordered three different meals and all of them were disappointing. They tasted ok, but it felt like they were rationing the protein.

Greg, the Team Lead gave my wife and I exceptional service! One of the hardest workers I've seen in any establishment, and I come from a culinary background so I would know. Really good fresh food. And real honest to god Mexicans working there. I love the steak tacos the most. A bit expensive for this type of food but its seems worth it
Food portions are crazy big and delicious and fresh. Everything is made in house. Staff was very friendly, definitely check them out.
Really like this place over similar offerings in the city. Always has quick and friendly service. The reason I give it 4 stars as when it opened it was exceptional. Felt really fresh for what would be considered fast food. However, I feel like as time has gone on the quality and freshness has decreased, and now they charge for extras like sour cream and guacamole. When they opened the refried beans were amazing, and now they are lacking flavour. The sweet pork is still delicious though.
The assistant manager Michelle really needs some customers service training. Was in line waiting to be helped and there was three fire fighters before me and wow was this lady smiling! She made sure they were served and were taken care of. They asked to extra items not once I heard her saying “we charge extra for this” we charge extra for that.! When it was my turn and since I’m allergic to a few items in the menu I asked to remove most of the items in the menu and just add more lettuce. Honestly she gave me a 5 minute speech about how expensive lettuce is and how she needs to charge me extra practically like if the lettuce expense is coming directly from her pay check. This is not the first or second incidents I have with her. She has a ridiculous attitude, never consistent with her portions. Everytime I go there and ask for a salad side she either charges me or gives me a different size container. Depends on what mood what ethnicity you are she will please you.I try to not go here cause of her she needs better training or to get moved out imagine the type of leadership she has been giving to the others. Being courteous goes a long way. Teach your employees to be humble and to be consistentJust to add, I order a chicken salad large size that I opt out for the rice, beans, tortilla, pico de Gallo. All I wanted was the lettuce and chicken. Yet my salad looked like a small salad. When I asked for the extra lettuce to make up for the portion I’m paying. She gave the most recent prizes lettuce is and since is my option to op out of all the other items she can’t make up for the lettuce which is fair. A scoop of lettuce would have gone a long way here. Last time I order chips and salsa large size she gave me a small container for the salsa when I asked if I can get more she charge me. Even though on a large chips and salsa the container is bigger. Same for the salad dressing. Like I mentioned if you are a fire fighter you will be treated nice no questions asked.The worst thing about this is the ATTITUDE! And audacity she schooled me about lettuce prices like I care.
