The last time and the only time I ate at Cora was in Quebec city, 2000. Since I moved to Calgary, I shared with my wife of 8 years that we should have breakfast at Cora since I had a good recall of that breakfast experience and wanted Tiffany to have the same with this Calgary SE location. On Monday, July 4th at 10:am we anxiously when in for breakfast. I was tempted to write an unfavorable review but I will share with you all that the manager made it so that we will return as most people and entities have their “off’ days. Thus, the manager earned "5 stars" for the attentiveness, empowerment and understanding and I will leave it at-more to follow when have breakfast there again

Coras has to be one of the best breakfast spots in South Calgary! Great food, friendly service.

Wonderful spot with the most lovely staff. Very friendly and so eager to help. Food is always great! Fresh and delicious but some of their portions pack a serious appetite go for a serious walk before hand so you eat it all up :).

I've been to Cora a number of times. The food is always good, fruit is fresh and friendly service.Sometimes if it's busy it takes a little while to get your food. But other times with the same level of busyness you can still get your food under 10 minutes. I always have a good time. Would go again!!!

Ordered our food didn't get our drinks for half hour. About 5 mins after that our food came and it was ice cold. The toast was hotter than the plated food. They tried to make it right and brought a new plate and this time the cheese wasn't melted very disappointed won't be back.

Great food, great service as I always remembered. Prices have definitely jumped but with today's inflation and post-pandemic recovery that is to be expected so no stars lost for that. That being said this location is starting to show it's age but most importantly there are some cleanliness concerns. The booth in my attached picture is one example covered in stains and food debris (the debris could easily be removed if they wiped it, we were here at 8:20am with only a handful of other tables so not a breakfast rush issue). That definitely was a huge miss from an otherwise great experience especially with 2 years of pushing to keep surfaces cldan and sanitized.

Just had a delightful brunch date with my bestie! Cora’s front of house and back of house staff are on top of their game! Food was amazing and so was our wonderful server Brenda. She truly deserves the world, she’s so kind, caring and makes great conversation! Will be coming back soon to see Brenda:)

Service was fast, and food was really good. Perfect place to stop for breakfast after a night shift!

The food at cora’s was absolutely delicious!! However, I started to lose my appetite after I heard waiters/employees talking about body shots. I could hear employees screaming the song as it played. The waiter we had was decent, she looked nice but it just seemed she didn’t want to be there.

I think the quality at Cora overall, not just this location, has decreased over the years. The food we had most recently was pretty average, and the lattes left something to be desired. Certainly, none of it was memorable. That being said, the picky 10-year-old with us loved his meal. So there’s that.
