Fan of the Coco franchise. Unique and delicious variety of your favorite flavours. The ladies are friendly and understanding. Not too busy location but many customers come here. I love the winter melon latte and brown sugar pearl milk tea. Definitely recommend these 2 drinks for those first timers. Beware of parking here since it is a small street.
THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE :(I was a big fan of the avocado series due to the fresh and rich favor in Coco for a long time. Today, I ordered avocado smoothie as usual which is my favorite drink. Even the price already increased a bit ($8 for 1 drink), it's still acceptable for me. But I saw them using the tiny avocado instead of the big one like before. After I got my drink, I WAS SUPER DISAPPOINTED with the color and the taste of it. The flavor was really plain and had no taste of avocado. I dumped the whole cup after that. I could've made a much better drink at home with less ingredients and cost.I don't usually rate on google but it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You charged an expensive price for an awful drink. DON'T BE CHEAP WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. It doesn't deserve any star in my perspective. I WON'T COME BACK HERE ANYMORE!
First I gave them a bad review and I’m so SORRY for that…I order 3 guys with additional sago and coconut jelly and they separate it so I’m not happy with it . so the manager explain it To me why they do that coz of this toppings pear,pudding,sago,coconut jelly,and grass jelly ur only gonna get a little amount of milk tea and as you (customer)ur not gonna be satisfied on that they only want us to be SATISFIED and HAPPY with they’re product guys that’s why they do that..and I’m giving the Manager Becky 20 out of 10 for effort for calling me and and asking if they can make it up for me they offer me what i ordered that day and everything turns good ..thank you for reaching to your customer ????
Really amazing; this location is continuously the best and most consistent. The staff are always so sweet and always working so hard! The menu isn't too large that you get overwhelmed; The location itself is perfect too with excellent views. We had the matcha brown sugar tea and it was honestly to die for.
Huge fan of coco as a chain while in Toronto, this is one of the bigger locations I've seen. Drinks are consistent, flavors are on point, and really like the sit down cafe style where young people gather for hang out or studying.Pricing wise was about $0.50 more across the board comparing to east cost menu but that seems like a Calgary thing overall.Came back twice during our visit as we enjoyed the environment so much. :)
I'm impressed by the good customer service at Coco China Town. Specially, there is a girl who is petite and chubby, is very friendly and nice in helping me choose my favorite drinks anytime when I come there. I'm gonna recommend Coco to my friends.
My new favorite bubble tea in Chinatown. Delicious selection, great toppings, comfy space on the second floor with plenty of opportunity to people watch passersby.The post it note art work and messages all over the walls is such a fun touch.
I ordered one drink and redeemed one free drink today. I specifically asked if there is a charge for pearls for the FREE drink. The gentlemen at the counter that took my order said it's included. Then when I paid for the drinks, he said "by the way, there is a difference of $0.53 I think he said". If the guy at the counter doesn't know if there is a charge, please check with his colleague or supervisor. After all said and done, then he backed out of his words. So disappointed. If I am the owner, I would just give the pearls for FREE than lose a customer. Customer acquisition is not cheap these days given the competition out there. So many bubble tea places within 2 km radius. Really poor service and unprofessional!!!
Good service. When to the store with my friends, ordered mango green tea asked no sugar, the employees explained the mango flavour in details. Pudding taste good. Highly recommend try their pudding with mango green tea.
