Always love thier pizza nice size great thick crust. Big AL.. Always...kinda wish still had parm, and chile's.
I'm not sure how often Richard comes to this location but I've see truck stop bathrooms cleaner then here! Had to use the washroom, toilet seat was disgusting, had to wash it myself. Outside the toilet, the floor, the counter....filthy and falling apart!! The doors are disgusting and when I went back to the main area....its just not clean!! Sad to see as Coco Brooks used to be a lot better.Now for the pizza! I got a Louisiana Chicken and my husband got a Big Al's Calzone. I'm not sure if they are short toppings of cutting back but the back part of my pizza, about half an inch or a full inch was just cheese! My husband's calzone, so much dough, the part where they sealed it was huge. Last I went to the 32nd location maybe 3 months ago, it wasn't like this.Sad to see Coco Brooks going down hill! Don't know if Richard needs to come back in and get the place(s) in ship shape or if he's letting them go. Either way, never mind covid, it made me uneasy to touch anything in there!
This is a chain that has lost its way in the way of customer service. Before Covid condiments were available freely to be used. Now you must pay 50 cents for a pittance of parmesan cheese that’s not even a teaspoon. Get with the program here, your pizza is already overpriced. Don’t be greedy, will not be back to this location. Two thumbs down for greed!

Coco Brooks is amazing. Personal pizzas that are crispy crust and have a variety. You can also buy them frozen to make at home. They also have freezers with take home side dishes, chicken wings, cookies, shrimp skewers etc. They're really nice people and I'm always excited for a coco Brooks!
This is one of my go to lunch and dinner places. Pizzas are always tasty and ready in 10-15 min. Prices are fair and the service is usually excellent!
