Went there for supper tonight and ordered quarter chicken dark meat dinner. When I looked at the chicken and cut into it was extremely dry. The meat felt like plastic. The skin was dark and stiff and overcooked. Very disappointed cause I am a regular customer and when I brought it up to the staff to show her and asked her for another piece of dark meat she refused and said " all the other pieces are the same". Why would they sell the rest of the Chicken like that if its all the same? To me that's bad quality of food and sadly will not order there anymore. Bad customer service.
Been going here since I was very young. All the negative reviews are Karen’s lol. The potatoes, salt & pepper chicken, honey chicken and mesquite chicken are amazing imo. I usually order potatoes, s&p chicken and noodles as my go-to but love switching it up as well.

It looks like a fast food restaurant but it has a homey atmosphere. The potatoes are cut in half and steamed. The mixed vegetables are cabbage, carrots and bell peppers. Not greasy. Mostly chicken but unusual and very tasty seasonings. The staff are nice people. Quiet and relaxing place to eat.
Foods mad good been comin here since I was little and the food hasn’t changed at all?

I go to Chrity's every now and then, and the food has always been good. I normally get Salt & Pepper/Honey/Mesquite Chicken with Veggies and Potatoes. The potatoes are are awesome. The people behind the counter have always been nice, and give great portions.
