Revoke this agreement this franchise sucks!They don't allow substitutions, they are unclean and rude. How do you not vet a potential franchisee before letting them ruin your companies name?The people of Calgary have come to expect a certain level of customer service and respect from CoTW this place is a joke.
It's OK maybe a little dry on the fries but otherwise pretty good chicken would order again.
Ordered food from this location about a year ago and doing that the chicken tasted old and dry..fries tasted like they were cooked in old oilEven had a fishy taste.i went to this location to talk about this.. I was not impressed with the way they handled my concern no refund ,no apology nothingService and quality was no where near the Kensington locationFast forward to today,I thought I would give them a chance..sorry to say no change.It was terrible The fries had a strange off flavorIt was as if they used the same oil to cook fish inVery disappointedNever again

Was never really a fan of Chicken On The Way. Until today, we ordered a House Special and it was absolutely delicious!! Beats the original shop on 14th by far!!

Their food is So good and prepared fresh, we drive all the way from the airport to the Kensington location to buy our chicken and friters because they make it better than their other location.

Stay away from this place. I purchased fried chicken and found a hair in the chicken. When I went back to store, the lady was yelling at me instead of apologizing. Will never go back to this place. NEVER.
Love COTW! Used to go to the Kensington location all the time when we lived downtown so having this COTW up in the NE close to us is awesome!
