There are no Carl Jr's. In Ontario, so when I dropped in Alberta, I was sure to visit this joint. Very tasty and jucy burgers as advertised on tv advertisements
My friend Kierra and I went into this Carls Jr for our lunch break today and the staff member who I believe is named Shug was so friendly the moment we walked in! He was so lovely and made it feel like we were old friends after only one interaction! I believe he was described in another review as "a delightful luscious piece of candy with lovely mannerisms" which is an odd way to put it but it is quite accurate.Anyways about the food, it is very yummy. We come quite often for lunches cause its very tasty and full-filling. Hot take: I think Carls has better fries than McDonalds
First time ever to Carls and the taste is exactly what i expected. Except one thing; the fries are great; dare I say as good as McDonalds? I think so.
First of all the workers are excellent at this location. Always have been. We haven’t been here for a while since we were working out of the city but the burgers tasted different than before. Have they changed something? They didn’t have that excellent grilled flavour we all have grown to love. Hopefully it was a one-off situation.
Customer service is amazing by the workers at this location when I went in two days ago!All of the workers and staff were super friendly and really putting in the effort to handle the dinner rush.Only reason I’m giving three stars is because the food quality was pretty average at best. Nothing was super impressive and I expected a lot better from this burger chain.The only good thing I ordered that was enjoyable was the chicken tenders, unfortunately.
My son & I made our first visit to this chain recently. This was the location we visited. An vibrant young man named "Shrug" helped us along with his lovely female co-worker. The service was FANTASTIC. We had Carl's Single Bacon ( something) with Milkshakes and Poutine. THE FOOD WAS DIVINE!!!! WE WERE LAUGHING AND MOANING "This is so good!!!!" for the ENTIRE time we were finishing our meal. (Thank you also, to both these young people for restoring my faith in millennials)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will be back.
Very affordable fast food; you get a full meal for cheaper than any other fast food place, you get better quality, and better looking presentation. I went through the drive thru with my truck and it’s a tight squeeze for my Toyota Tacoma; when going around the corner it looks like my truck has a clearance of 2” from the wall, this is a bit scary because my truck isn’t that big.

Not delicious at all! Uncooked burgers with a raw taste. Don't waste your money! I'm not going there any more.
