After driving for several hours we checked into our hotel and look for a restaurant nearby and found this one. Cactus club in Saskatoon is one of our favourites and the food is always good and the service as well. This was no exception in Calgary and our waitress was excellent. She was attentive to our needs, made friendly conversation, and brought the food hot and checked back with us at times to make sure everything was OK. Although the restaurant was hopping, the wait was only 20-25 minutes and we got our food fairly quickly. Delicious and filling!
Love the ravioli and belini's! Will always go back, never disappointing. I have nothing more to say.
On a beautiful night, we were told we could not sit at the many tables that were available outside because they were saved for those in the bar area 21 and over and our children are younger than that. The tables were not in the bar. I never find a restaurant that discriminates against kids to be a positive experience. Secondly, the music was blaring. It was difficult to even talk over the music. When we asked to turn it down, we were told that because we are seated near the bar area that they had to keep it at that level for the bar (ironic!). If we were outside, that would not have been a problem. As for the food, One of my sons ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it came out incorrectly. When we told the wait staff, after a very long wait they brought out another one. Again it came out incorrectly with mayonnaise on it, which we had specifically asked to not have. They did take it off the bill, but my son ate french fries for dinner, so unhealthy. We also ordered a spicy tuna roll, which was very strange tasting. I ordered a bowl that had tuna in it, which tasted fine, but the bowl was mostly rice and had very little of the ingredients you actually wanted. Overall, this restaurant is probably fine for getting drinks, but definitely not a place you want to take your family for dinner.
Outstanding menu ....gets one excited to try different things. Good service....nothing negative to say

This Cactus club location has always been consistent and I mean consistently good. You're always greeted at the front with a warm smile and if you have to wait it's never been long (at least for me) the drink selection is amazing, cocktails are presented wonderfully. My go to is the Creole chicken but I've tried many of their items and have not been disappointed. Staff is friendly and washrooms are clean and classy. Bar has a couple TV's but this is a place I'm usually chatting with friends or family.
What a great spot. Half of the restaurant was reserved for some big thing happening in an hour and a half, but they explained what was going on, and offered us a reserved table anyhow.Our server, Hannah, might’ve been one of the most kind and pleasant servers I’ve ever dined with. Food was delicious and came out pretty quick, and my son loved his little birthday treat.The ceviche was unique and packed with flavor, and the Cajun chicken packed way more flavor than I expected from some fancy-looking Canadian restaurant.
We ate here at the beginning of our trip to Revelstoke. We enjoyed our meal so much that when we returned to the area before returning to the states, we had dinner there again. The wait service was excellent with attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The food was really good as well. We had a pasta dish, salmon, creole chicken, and another chicken dish, with wine and desserts. The food we ordered was excellent. I read other recent bad reviews about this restaurant, but that was not our experience in our two separate visits there. If we are ever in the area, we will be sure to eat here again.
Went for team dinner. Had an amazing experience. Food was mind blowing. It was jam packed still then service was quick and great. Starting from drinks , starters to main course everything was delicious. We ordered Fries, spicy chicken and mini burgers for starters, and for mains Modern bowl, teriyaki chicken rice bowl and blackened creole chicken. As mentioned everything was delicious but blackened creole chicken stole the show. Chicken was so tender and well cooked. Everything was bit pricey but must say it was worth it.
Enjoyed our server she was excellent The food was very good a wonderful experience
