Worst ever food. For 30.00 was an absolute disgrace what they called best burger and fries. Got a burger combo with onion rings. The burger patty was dried out it crumbled, the onion rings were so hard and over cooked my dog wouldn't even eat it. The other food was chicken fingers and poutine. Chicken fingers has zero flavour and the poutine was drowning in gravy and very little cheese. Most of the meal went in the garbage. What a disappointed will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend it to my worst enemy. If there was a star rating lower than 1 they would get it.
I can't say enough good things about this place...it tastes like childhood!!! Hubby and I took our little guy. We each had a single burger (for $4.35 wow!!) And little one had chicken fingers and fries. All really good....also had deep fried pickles (LOVE them!) Service was friendly and quick. I'm so pumped to stop in here with my little guy all summer and try milkshakes and all the other tasty stuff they have! Absolutely love that this is in my neighborhood!!
I have never been to such an amazing drive in. The lovely Korean family that owns the place are always so kind. They know my regular order and are always friendly. I personally have been going through some tough times and their delicious master burgers and shakes are always make my day. Best fries ever. I’ll see you guys tomorrow! Haha
Super disappointed. Ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger and fries, asked for "very little salt" and there was so much salt they were almost inedible - I took a paper towel to them and wiped off the excess and the result is what's in the photo attached. I did try calling to leave a review over the phone and got their voicemail, 10 mins after ordering, no one seems to be manning the phone. The burger itself was luke warm, and the mushroom gravy was too... Feeling super frustrated and likely never going back.
Calgary landmark food is hot service is great family owned and run I will drive across the city for a master and cheese and dont forget the fries which are always hot and the burgers haven't changed since the 1980s . And that's a good thing! Just getting hungry thinking about it got to go now! Drive through is slow but only because they dont precook burgers but if you want fast then you dont want it hot and with a smile!
Great locally owned burger joint. Super friendly staff and great tasting food. Fries are a must!
Worse cold hamburger ever. Fries were previously frozen, and covered with off the shelf name brand salty seasoning. Big deal. Not. Unorganized ordering. Too long of wait for drive “around” building. Not efficient drive “thru”.
We have never been here before in the many years we have resided in Calgary. We stumbled upon this hidden gem amongst our travels to the nearest supermarket, and to get gas nearby. We must say what an amazing experience from start to finish.Excellent customer service from an even friendlier staff, terrific atmosphere, great smelling burgers and even better prices then most fast food restaurants.I personally got the mushroom swiss burger with a side of deep fried pickles and a vanilla milk shake. I have tasted many burgers before, but all i have to say is.... WOW ....Mouthwatering delicious!!! So good, that this is my new goto place.My girlfriend emphasizes how yummy her burger was. She got the back bacon burger with cheese and a side of deep fried zucchini sticks. She further states that this her new goto place as well!!!They even have an outdoor seating area for family and friends!!Thank you for the overall amazing experience we both had, and we will be returning very soon.We highly recommend this establishment!!Check it out!!
Great retro drive through with the old school awning and a ton of outdoor seating.Wasnt the biggest fan of the burger. Was good but i might just get a cheeseburger next time and skip the mushrooms. Fries were absolutely amazing! Crinkle cut and so well seasoned.
Quaint retro burger joint. I quite appreciate the authenticity this place brings. Food is good, pricing is good. The fries are for some reason, amazing. Worth to check it out if you are craving for a shake, burger and fries.
