Definately not the best Italian food I had in Calgary.The lamb tortellini was nice.The scallop pasta was overcookedthe seafood risotto was ok, not the best I hadThe Portofino scallopini wrapped shrimp was very good.The chocolate ice cream dessert was amazing.The tiramisu, creme brulee, and creme caramel were fine but didn't wow me.To be fair I'm a chocolate person.
Very good! Sat on the patio and had a lovely date night while watching the world go by in 17th ave. Our server, Jeremy, was attentive while still having a chill relaxed energy, he was great. The food was very tasty and flavourful and came in large portions. Loved it here, will be back.

First, waiter was good. Last time I was here, pre-Covid and during construction woes, I was not impressed. Always wanted to try a 2nd time. Today was that time. For lunch. Had stracciatella (as I did last time.) it was much better than previously. I completely enjoyed it. Then I had the caprese salad. 4 ingredients, plus oil & balsamic. Tomatoes weren’t very good. Mozzarella was a bit dry. 1 small basil leaf. No red onion. Asked and received extra basil and some red onion. If you can’t do basic things well, why would I try for more complicated things? Try for a 3rd time? Not a chance.
Their pasta sauce is the best… large portion menu…huge bread to start with…friendly atmosphere..professional staff.. will be back again and again❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful menu options. Fresh bread was wonderful. Staff is super professional. Prices a bit high for pasta but not overly so. Portions were good. My pasta could have used more mushrooms.Coffee was amazing. Highly recommended after the meal. Chocolates or mints should have been included at cheque presentation.
Really great place. Been around 40 years! Classic Italian without the pretentiousness of some other places. Solid food that came out very hot and fresh. Took my Mom here for her birthday and she loved it. Appetizers, dinner for 5, 1 litre of house wine, dessert and a good tip for $260.
the service was excellent, our waiter, Steve claimed he was new however you would never know it. So personable, friendly, we would go back for him alone.
Great place. Amazing food. And very authentic. Love everything about this place including the waiters.. Which by the way are all guys as per Italian tradition. For is not 5 but 10 out 10....definitely would recommend,
My husband and I went for a date night and got the seafood platter. It was absolutely amazing and so fresh. All the staff was amazing, so friendly, very welcoming and over all it was such a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend eating here!
