Their Coconut No Yeast, No Oils, No Sugars bread is amazing and delicious!!! It's Gluten-Free and Vegan as well. It toasts beautifully and makes really good avocado toast! ? I love their Elixirs too! The Chai is absolutely fantastic ? Last Halloween they had Kept Vegan Friendly Spider Cookies that were absolutely to die for... I bought 4 of em ??? The folks here are really creative and know their stuff when it comes to creating and making elixirs and goodies ? They have non-dairy options for milk as well if you order an elixir latte! :)

I love this little shop!! The bread offerings are divine, and so is the Dream Tea, full of Tumeric! Susan is lovely and has an incredible amount of knowledge about all the products. I keep going back over and over! They also carry some of the more obscure and hard to find health products - which is amazing!
I was so happy to finally check this place out (the name is German and is hard to pronounce correctly but it's cheeky to name itself that, so full marks for cheek there) on a long way back home from Crossroads Market, and then I stopped in my tracks with the sign on the door advising that "an employee" is "exempt" from wearing a mask, and it this bothers people there's curbside. The curbside accommodation is for CUSTOMERS who refuse to wear masks. The space is evidently TINY and there is now way I'm entering a space that has an unmasked person inside the entire day. What is with these alt health places and their deferrals to anti-mask conspiracy theories? These clowns, Light Cellar, Wisk- what is your deal? There is no health condition that entails that somebody cannot wear a mask! My phlebotomist has cystic fibrosis, a 100% fatal respiratory condition, and lives half her life in a mask. I have ASTHMA and wear my mask diligently. I also have PANIC DISORDER and am AUTISTIC and wear mine. If your condition is so fragile, why are you working serving the public?
Amazing place to stop in for some real food, caring service and a lovely environment. Susan is a wealth of knowledge and nourishes your soul with her creations. Definitely worth a visit to health-giving local, family run establishment. Just the kind of place we need to support in a time when the big, anti-human boxes are taking over.
Wow! This place is amazing! The ice cream was excellent and was so good!!! The staff are amazing and friendly. Quaint and cozy little place. Highly recommended!
