My husband, stepson and I went there on Sunday around 130pm on the rooftop patio. Sat down and waited almost 10 minutes without being greeted by anyone. The servers were more concerned about watering the flowers and chatting with the Bartender than taking care of customers. We walked out and went elsewhere. We used to enjoy going. Service used to be great, food used to be great. Will never go back. Train your staff on what customer service is and maybe you'll survive.

We've been here numerous times but tonight was the best by far. Victoria is a fantastic server, very genuine and quick. She greeted us in a timely manner, asked how our food was within the first couple bites and promptly brought the cheque. Great service, will come back again for sure and request her as our server!

We ordered 5 items. 2 of them were good. Brewster Burger and French Onion soup.We decided to treat ourself tonight. Unfortunately my husband had terrible service when he arrived. He was scolded when he went to grab the bag that had his name on it. Directed to the Bar and then then when checking out at the bar he recieved more terrible customer service. He got the impression they thought he worked for skip because there is no way a customer would be treated the same.My son's, who are not picky eaters refused to eat their 2 burgers. One of them gagged at the smell.I love spicy so I tried their Louisiana chicken Sammy. Worst chicken Sammy I've had in my 30 years on this earth hands down.Such a let down. Service and food. I would not ever do takeout here again let alone sit down for some food with the family.I'm sure they have good menu items. We only had 2/5 good ones from our choices tonight.

Had their cashew chicken chow mein, so good!! Lost a star as we had come in on a Saturday afternoon around lunch, not busy, and then soon after our meal was brought to us we essentially lost our server to a large group. Was not offered refills, and took forever to receive our bill (from another server who happened to notice that we were just sitting at the table with empty drinks & no food/dishes).
Came in to have food and a drink being new to Calgary didn’t realize that there was a Major hockeygame on. We were made to feel very uncomfortable for sitting in a booth as they were placing the reserved markers on the table. We were even asked at one point if we were staying. Took 20 mins For someone to come and serve us and we knew that we were the discussion of conversation between not only the servers but the customers that I assume the booths should have been reserved for. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a bar ever !!! All you had to do was ask if we minded moving to another table !! Welcome to Canada
OMG, so good, so good, so good. ?Food ... delish. Fish tacos, BBQ chicken club sandwich. Village cider, yummy.But what made this the best lunch out we've had for a long time was our server, Kelsey.Personable, funny, efficient, knew the menu, knew her stuff. Attentive without being overbearing.We live south of Calgary, about a 35 minute drive. Will definitely be back, but only after calling first to make sure Kelsey is working!
