One of my worst experiences at a Boston Pizza! Usually, a pleasant experience.12 of our family members came here after a wedding rehearsal for dinner.It took an hour just to get our drink order for the adults and children and even then they got our drink order wrong or just forgot to bring it. This was followed by half our food order after some wait again and had to ask when the rest was coming.The food itself was questionable. For Example: The chicken wraps were so tough and chewy we couldn't finish them. We got exhausted just trying to eat them.For a family / kid friendly restaurant the washrooms are designed for adults only. The soap dispensers and paper towels were out of reach for the little people!By the way, this was a Wednesday, and very few customers at Boston Pizza, so not busy at all.Overall very unimpressed and concerned!
Went in to have a quick lunch, burger & beer special. Lettuce was rotten which the server agreed with, tomato wasn’t ripe, fries were cold and soggy! Come’on B P how hard is it to make French Fries?! Definitely won’t be going back…
The service was TERRIBLE! Extremely long waits despite half the tables being empty, had to make requests several times, no extra napkins, no condiments offered, and , of course, overcharged on the kids meal. Won’t be a second visit for this family!! Actually this has put me off Boston Pizza altogether.
don't bother tipping here, employees won't get the benefit. as a former employee i can tell you that management is not transparent with the tips system and they do not disclose to their employees how much management pockets themselves. as a former employee i found this very disconcerting. they lied to me from the beginning about the hours i would be getting and when i was forced to get a 2nd job and restrict my availability because of their lies they cancelled my remaining shifts and pocketed all my last tip out and refused to even disclose what it was or where it went. totally dishonest business and the kitchen is disgusting cause they can only seem to hold on to teenagers who don't care about quality or basic hygiene... my full real name is Edward Andrew Zelinski as i will put my name behind this testimony if that helps credibility.... not just trying to bash restaurants i don't like or had a bad experience at, but this is honestly a terrible and dishonest business that should not be supported.
Awesome food with really friendly staff and a fun atmosphere!
BP is hit or miss, but this trip was a great one! No issues with food and customer service was above and beyond.
Take out took almost an hour. Pizzas were cold. Way overpriced for the quality. When you dine in it’s pretty depressing
Terribly slow inconsistent service every time we come lately. Waited over an hour tonight for our food to arrive wrong and black grill marks on wrap from not being cleaned . Sent it back and another 20 mins wait. Been here 1.5 hrs and still waiting on dessert. Esp waiting with toddler .
Clean on thr lounge side. VLTs clean and barriers on each side. Great atmosphere!
Server was excellent and accommodating, but we waited 45 minutes for meals in a mostly empty restaurant and then they were either too cold or screaming hot. Will still likely go again, but wasn't a seamless experience.
