The food was good. They missed the dip for the beef dip. No one came back to ask us if everything was okay.

Do better Boston Pizza 130th!On everything all the way down to your cleanliness! The amount of the dust and food on the menus in the lounge is DISGUSTING!Today we went in for lunch and had Shelby V as our server. We had to get our own menus after a 15 minute wait. Long delay once we finally ordered, appetizer came out cold. Food was mediocre and service was terrible. Very disappointing, especially for a well known chain.

We had dinner there today. Calamari was awesome. My jambalaya was awesome. I brought 4 kids with me. Their food looked awesome. But the best part of the night was the customer service. It's been so long since had had customer service that went above and beyond. I wish I remember our waitress name, all I know is that she was a red head who worked out area on a pasta Tuesday. Also management, the manager took such good care of us today. I can not express enough, they went above and beyond taking care of us. I've truly never had a better time at Boston Pizza. Thank you for taking care of the 6 of us so well!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service from our waitress, Emily, was horrendous and she was extremely unfriendly. It took her almost 40 minutes to give my fiancé the beer he asked for twice. She didn't even apologize or acknowledge how long it took - keep in mind, it was fairly dead in the restaurant the whole time we were there. My friend asked for the herbivore pizza done vegan, and they brought out a normal pizza. She told the waitress it did not look like their vegan cheese, as she eats at Boston Pizza at least once a week. They proceeded to doubt her observation but took the pizza away to check. Another server came by 20 seconds later and tried giving her the exact same pizza we just sent away. Another gentleman server came to look at the pizza and said that is absolutely not vegan cheese. They finally delivered the vegan pizza and it looked completely different. Dietary needs, especially those of a vegan, should be taken extremely seriously. Will never come back here again.

Overall a stellar dining experience. The serving staff were excellent and my father hoisted the honour upon his jambalaya dish as being the greatest he had “in a long time”. One of my favourite features within this fine restaurant was also most definitely the individual seating arrangement (also pictured) that we found near the back corner of the establishment. This became very useful in improving our dining experience after my sister would not stop complaining about the foreign u.s. state of the union address and had to be exiled from our table.

Excellent square footage, great games room including table pool and VLTs, and also had one of the best experiences I've ever had with Benjamin. He was very knowledgable, friendly and attentive... We will definitely be back, if not for the food and beverage environment, then we'll be back to see Benjamin. Thanks for making our experience that much better!?

Poor customer service, I called to place an order, I wanted to swap a 9.99 salad that came with the meal deal with an order of cactus chips that are 12.49, I even offered to pay extra for the swap and I was told no, unfortunately I don’t like salad and I thought the whole point of eating out is to order what you’d like to eat, as long as you pay the difference why wouldn’t you accommodate your customer with such a small request? Instead I have to pay for the salad to throw it away and order a side of chips that I will eat? Wow ?Very petty for BPs in my option, if I went to A&W and asked them swap my fries for onion rings they would simply charge me the difference! Guess A&W has there customer service priorities in order!

Very great service from Patrick (the bartender) and Matthew (the manager). Both are so kind and friendly and good with large parties. I will be looking forward to come back to this establishment. Patrick is very attentive and good at his job without being overbearing. Matthew is very personable and helpful! Amazing experience!

Loved this place since I was a kid and I still do, the last two times I’ve been I was seated by a girl named Paige, blue eyes dark hair, she was so polite and even made us laugh, she just made the already great experience at BP even better. She helped us pick out the best food to order which we very much enjoyed, she was very patient and understanding with my little brother who has special needs, and made deep conversation with us, both nights were top notch!
