So ordered ahead around 11am for 12:30pm showed up at 12:27pm thinking oh yeah perfect timing just for them to ask if I ordered it from there I said yes. Then one of them said I seen it awhile ago. I didn’t get an apology at least ? and my smoothie didn’t taste how it was supposed to! So ordering ahead did nothing for me and my 30min break. Oh yeah my smoothie tasted like cranberry juice and frozen berries like that’s all that was in it I have ordered this drink a bunch of times so I don’t even know why it’s like that but thanks guys for ruining my good day I’ll stick to Jugo Juice ?

I went there to get. Smoothie at 10 minutes to 9 and the door was locked and I could barley see one employee standing by the door to the back, I assumed they were talking.. and I knocked still nothing. If your sign on the door says open till 9 why are you locking the door early?
Ordered five smoothies through Uber Eats and explicitly noted no dairy for one of them, because of allergy. Picked up my smoothies and asked to double check to make sure the one smoothie had no dairy as there's an allergy. They said yes it had no dairy. Take the smoothies home and the smoothie was made with dairy. Called back to the store and the same guy said he wasn't sure if there was dairy or not. Then he started making excuses like he was rushed, etc, etc. I asked for a replacement smoothie and he said they are closing. Didn't offer an apology or anything. He said it was an honest mistake, I said mistakes like that could kill people. No refund, no apology, no attempt to make the situation right. Definitely avoid this location. Will never go back. Thinking of reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

Absolutely electric atmosphere. Great food and service.
It’s gotten vet busy with skip and similar ‘boosting’ business. But as a weekly regular for over 10 years the lack of customer service and poor quality has made it a glorified milkshake joint. Half my high impact açai routinely is poured out after filling my cup. Meaning if I’m expecting 26 gram protein etc, half is going down the drain. While I asked this to the kid today he said ‘why are you arguing with me’. I wasn’t just asked a question. Then he tried to distance somewhere else while then bell was ringing. I could smell my egg and Chorizo sandwich burning. Finally the other lady came to the rescue and passed my burnt sandwich. Will switch to Jugo juice for now.
