This was my first time eating from them. Delicious!

Americana in Calgary? A next-level food experience masquerading as a cozy arcade diner. Beautifully decorated (and tasty) milkshakes. Mouthwatering, well cooked burgers. A variety of tasty sides (mac n' cheese bites are a must try). All while enjoying the ambiance of kids playing on old timey arcade machines and families enjoying a day out.

Oh my goodness what an amazing place! All the food was great! The atmosphere when we walked in was absolutely great! The milkshakes were to die for! Next time we are in Calgary, definitely going back to play the arcade games! It really didn't take long for us to get our food, the staff member even brought out our food while we were sitting outside. Beyond impressed!

Great little diner with a chill, laid back vibe. The burgers and milkshakes are delicious! They actually have 3 options for vegetarians/vegan as well. The "mak" sauce is great, exactly what you expect (maybe better). I had the peanut butter cup milkshake - it tastes just like a reese peanut butter cup. Onion rings were cooked perfectly. Thick and crispy. I opted the sweet, spicy mayo dip - that was a winner for me.Great spot for get some good comfort food or to bring the family. The food came out very quickly considering it was half full. I don't think we even waited 10 minutes.

We were super excited to try this place for our weekly takeout. Maybe we caught them on a off night? We ordered Boog Mak, Jerk Chicken burger, 2 single patty burgers for our kids, yam fries and onion rings and 3 shakes. The shakes were pretty good. All the beef burger patties were pretty dry which basically ruins the burger. Chicken burger had decent flavour. It was like a cross between jerk and shawarma, and VERY spicy. The yam fries were as good as any, I was surprised they didn’t come with any dipping sauce which is usually my experience at other burger places. The onion rings were TERRIBLE. They were so over cooked and the onions were totally dried out. Completely inedible. I’m surprised they even served them, because it was immediately obviously looking at them that they were burnt. Buns taste like cardboard. Overall an underwhelming experience.

They don’t deserve your money. Service is horrendous.

Made a take out order at about 5:00pm.Order was ready in about 10 minutes. The inside decor was like a funky, colourful diner…The Blazin’ Saddles burger w/yam fries were amazing ??. Will definitely go back to dine in and take a friend as well

Just based on the aesthetic of this place alone, I was sold! It’s such a vibe in here, and the staff were really chill. We ordered the Doug “Don’t Fear the Reaper” Burger and the National Lampoon’s Hawaiian Chicken Burger (but I substituted for beef). The Doug Burger is literally a complication of everything on their menu put into one burger and… it was actually TOO good. Their Boogies Signature Red Sauce was delicious and complements the beef really well. The Hawaiian Burger was not too bad, but I personally wasn’t a huge fan of their teriyaki sauce. What I loved about their burgers though, is that they really are not greasy. From what I could taste and see, they are more of a lean smash burger. Additionally, their use of what seemed like an in house-made burger bun was a great choice as it is rather light. Oh and of course the Mini Corn Dog on top of Doug Burger was yummy and mad nostalgic!Although I have become extremely lactose intolerant, I had a sip of their Pina Colada Milkshake and I— YALL…Why was that literally the best tasting milkshake I’ve ever had?!?. It had toasted coconut flakes in it and errrything. Seriously though, I highly recommend you at least visit this place to try one of their many flavours of milkshakes.

Last time we had Boogies was 15 years ago in the Edmonton Tr. location. I still remember the extreme deliciousness of this perfectly done Fay burger. What we got today in Marda Loop was a slap in the face. Thick buns, masking a gross soggy burger with mushroom slop that had zero mushrooms in it. The “homemade” fries were made 3 days ago and the retried. The onion rings were a greasy pile of burnt cardboard. I am feeling so nauseated. Sometimes its better to enjoy the memory and leave it at that.. sigh…..

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called in my order and was told it would be 25 minutes - awesome! Arrive after about 26 minutes and the place had a long line, no problem, I pre-ordered! I walked over to where the "Pick Up" sign is. Am promptly asked what my name is. My food is ready, but my milkshake will be a few minutes. The staff then proceed to tell me that I have to wait in line to pay. Wait what? There are 7 groups in front of me, some that are families. My food is sitting there, ready to go. 20 minutes later, I get to the front of the line. My food is cold. I understand but there is one register but I don't think anyone would have minded if I paid which took 30 seconds compared to the 5 minutes it took each group to order. No apology, no acknowledgement. Additionally, the entire reason I called in was so that I didn't have to wait around a restaurant during covid and so that I could support the restaurant by not using door dash.
