This is by far the best place for pastries and coffee in the city. The jam filled croissants and the Viennese coffee are epic. The staff is amazing.Talk to Benjamin about the French teas. They carry the very best brands and he knows his stuff. All his recommendations are great.Highly recommend this place but prepared to be back often to try everything they make!!!

? Black Sheep Pastries (@blacksheepyyc )? Assorted CroissantsTaste: ?????Croissant in mind irrespective what time of the day it is. We’ve been really exploring for croissants in the city and have tried so many places. These are a gem from black sheep, super flaky and gorgeous at the same time. These croissants are so pricey that it makes me forget about the gas prices and inflation these days. Don’t ask me why. Some food for thought for management too ensure competitive pricing when your competitors are offering same type croissants for cheaper.___________________________________________________Follow @zeetastec on Instagram for your local Calgary eats ???? ___________________________________________________

Some of the freshest, tastiest baked goods in Calgary. From strawberry croissants to cake and savoury treats, you're guaranteed to find something to suit your taste buds. They make good coffee as well and if you're feeling adventurous (or want a bargain), try their day old mystery bag of goodies... You never know what you'll get!

The owner is always so welcoming and nothing here will disappoint! Everything is freshly baked and delicious! Their hot chocolate during the YYC Hot Chocolate Festival was one of my favourites :)

Croissants are awesome, soft on the inside abs crispy on the outside.Have a few flavours, raspberry is better than the citrus garden flavour

Their raspberry croissant is sooo good. It's warm, buttery and just the right sweetness. Their coffee is good but they are not really a coffee shop so it's understandable if it's not up to par with some people's taste buds.

Croissants are fresh and very tasty. After the first bite, you just wouldn't help to finish them. My favorite is the blueberry croissant. Never tasted something like this in other cities. The 10 layers chocolate cake also highly recommended. It would be your best coffee mate for your afternoon. Not too sweet like those you would get from other bakeries. The overall experience is great.

French pastries this authentic are far and few between in the prairies. The staff are consultative and you will always leave with something perfect for you. Try the cappuccino with the French roast. The jam filled croissants are incredible and you can even purchase the jam to take home. If you’re lucky, you might even smell the pastries being baked down 17th ave. If you do, you best pop in.

The best hot Chocolate I’ve had in a long time. I had the Chocolate Viennese. A thick velvety chocolate with whip cream and a dash of orange zest on top. A must try to chocolate lovers. And great service too !

I would give 5 stars and more to the goodies I got, and give negative stars for the customer service I got today. It was my very first trip to the store today, while placing an order, in the middle of speaking with the store representative, this Asian lady came, and interrupted, and asked for something. Instead of telling her to wait, the representative told me to wait, and went to help her, and came back after finishing her transaction. Like seriously!I would have appreciated if she would have told her to wait until she is done with us.I will definitely go back for the treats, but not for the bad customer service I got.Kindly know that,I saw her coming in when I was placing an order. Also, it is beneath that I lie on a public platform.
