We ordered prawn and poutine to start and ribs, fish, salad, brisket, and their burger for main.Poutine was spot on. Crispy fries and delicious gravy.Shrimp was OKSt. Louis Rack was very well prepared. Baby-back ribs was a big miss. Fish was good Brisket was good. Corn breads needed 30 seconds to a minutes more in the oven.The hostess was nice and friendly.Overall a good dining experience.
Absolutely phenomenal dinner and service! We got in before their big dinner rush and were treated to immaculate service by the most wonderful lady, and the food was unreal. We tried a couple of different items on the menu and each one was better than the last, super flavorful and generous portion sizes. It was our first time visiting but will certainly not be the last!
Went back again last night and had another great meal! And Lisa always gives great service. ❤️We are so lucky to have Big T's in Deer Run and to have great people like Lisa who work there! Highly recommend for a feast or to stop in for a snack when out fora rude on the bikes!
Had a late dinner there on Sunday night and can say the environment was not loud and it was easy to have a conversation without having to yell. The service was good we didn't have to wait long to get a seat or to order. The food prices are on par with other restaraunt with similar menu's not cheap but the food quality definitely make what you pay worth it. If you enjoy BBQ this is definitely a place you should try.
Used to be a hit, not sure if the kitchen is just being tight since covid, which would be understandable.. but my recent visit was far from worth the 100 dollar price tag. Brisket that was old and dry and very slow although pleasant service.
When we want to take our boys out for a special dinner this is often where they will ask to go! The staff is so friendly, the food is great, the dining area is pretty big and very clean. The food portions are big, prices are decent, special hot sauces are amazing... Always a great place and I like taking friends here too, they end up coming back for more as well!
Great afternoon lunch at Big T's in Deer Run today. Went with a friend and braved the Brisket BBQ Burger for 18.50, 2 dollars extra for cheese. Could barely get my big mouth around it before sinking my teeth in and the favor of this 6oz patty with brisket just demolished the hunger after a hard day of moving furniture. If you get a chance, go for it.
Absolutely terrible experience with this place. They cheaped out and instead of using the downward angled replacement bottles for their hand sanitizer station they used one that shoots out straight. This station is foot operated and the nozzle is right at child eye height. Son went to sanitize his hand as we came in and he got a full blast of hand sanitizer directly into his eyes. Now in the hospital getting his eyes rinsed out instead of enjoying a meal. 0/10: Will never be back.
We like it. The food is decent and comes in good time.It is not busy and the wall art is quite entertaining. The servers are very friendly. Music isn't too loud. Toilets are fairly clean.My daughter got a free slice of cake for her 17th.
Fav place to eat brisket and the marinated slaw is delicious! Lacey was super friendly with us. We’ll be back soon :)
