Had a horrible experience after visiting the place several times. Today the female server was explicitly rude and annoying, I ordered a California reg. Burrito, she literally put 5 pieces of broken fries in and when I asked for a few more she bluntly said we don’t add more fries on regular size for free, where as the California actually costs a dollar extra.To add to this, I was waiting for over 10min inside the place to be acknowledged that I was there to place an order.This is generally my regular order at the same place and most of the time it’s in a small size, the attendant are always polite to make it properly.
We have always enjoyed the food from this location until today. Ordered 3 burrito bowls online and when I went to pick the order, I was surprised to see the portion in the bowls was less than half of what I typically get from there. I usually don’t complain but today, i had to point it out as it was unacceptably low quantity, and on top of that the guy who was making it argued how lettuce would have made it look fuller. After this another person stepped in and out of pity added another small ice cream scoop portion of rice and beans and I just let it go. On coming home I noticed I had exactly 6 small cubes of chicken pieces. One bowl is usually enough for my dinner but clearly that wasn’t the case today.
Portion size was fantastic. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Order was made quickly and as requested. Follow up from owner while we were eating to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Excellent experience. Can’t wait to try other menu options.

We ordered the family burrito combo. It was amazing! The taste was delicious and fresh, potions were amazingly big enough for everyone. Salsas were very well done and pulled pork was tender and not dry. Overall amazing. Thank you!
I went in and considering I had never been before, I was unsure of what to expect. I decided on the Tacos. He asked which proteins I would like and 2/3 of them were Chicken. When he opened the container were the chicken was sitting, it was the bottom of the barrel that looked very unappetizing (not even enough to fill a full scoop with both kinds) because I am 8 months pregnant, it is very critical that I do not get food poisoning. I politely asked if he could get new chicken and he disregarded my comment with a snappy comment that it was made fresh already. I understand produce runs out with the amount of traffic, online orders but for simple piece of mind and good customer service I would have appreciated a simple “yes of course”I am very conscious of what I put in my body as previously mentioned due to my pregnancy but it is slightly upsetting when I treat myself to a meal and thinking about it makes my turns my stomach. My intention of this email is not to throw shade on your restaurant or to be a “Karen” but just to inform you of my recent experience which I imagined differently.

This place is amazing! Food is obviously excellent but even more the customer service is even better. I ordered from Skip and I’m celiac so I ordered the gluten friendly; but of course my husband wanted a churro, he likes to eat the yummy stuff in front of me. Barburrito legacy called me just to make sure I knew that the churro wasn’t gluten free.Amazing and thoughtful. Thank you!!!
