I had my son graduation party last night and 15 guests were invited the food I ordered was amazing it was ready on time I thank thank all the staff for their hard work and the beautiful presentation of the food how was made and everyone in the party finished the whole tasty food and special thanks to Fadi the owner and his wife and Omar too all of you guys made my day and my son too , may god bless u all … thank you ?
Turned me down for service. Apparently had too many customers to handle. Last time i came i waited 30 mins to get fries. I understand a longer wait when the place is full but there was nobody in there when i ordered the fries.Pretty cheap with the portions as well if i may add.This was the last chance. I’m done with this place.I also noticed in this reviews section that the owners only reply to the good reviews. Thats very interesting.
Online ordering doesn't ask about any "side" vegetables, and you won't get 'em unless you ask (they say you can specify in the comments).All the food was delicious. The meat felt nicely grilled and in generous portion.Would be nice to have a third salad option, maybe slaw-style.
Fresh-tasting ingredients and friendly staff. Also the only place that I know of that sells Barbican!
Great food, and value, always tasty and good portion sizes. Their large Donairs are huge and my favourite in the NW. Friendly staff as well.
This is my favorite place to go to in the NW. The veggies are always fresh, the meat is perfectly seasoned and the baklava is beyond words. Well done guys and I hope you keep it up.
great food. this is slow food done well and tastes as good as it looks. get an extra serving of garlic potatoes you will thank me.
I walked in staff was friendly it smelled great I ordered a shwarma I paid for the shwarma. and then the staff reached for the steam tray full of chicken ? . I truly love shwarma sliced off the spit and grilled crisp and fresh , right when ordered. the steam tray and the excuses surrounding the use of said warning device have discouraged me from even wanting another shwarma from Baladi's. fresh grill is the only way to have the number one shwarma around. steam tray makes the shwarma disappointing enough for me to never want to return. 2/5 stars ?
We got food from here a couple of weeks ago through Skip the Dishes and the food was amazing. We have a Jerusalem very close to our home but decided to make the extra 15 minutes drive each way to eat at this place. I ordered online and paid. The app said it would be ready at 605 pm. I arrived at 610 and the gentleman in front of me ordered and was told 20 minute wait. I t was my turn so I said I’m here for pick up. I was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait!!! Bottom line is their online ordering does not work and they just blamed the app. I won’t be back.
The food was really good! Super tasty. Will definitely order from here again!
