The best in the world, Gemma from YYC lounge is very remarkable thank you for the best service ever !! Food selections and Beverages are decent but delicious, coffees are good too very clean and well maintained.
Lounge looks decent but food is mediocre. There wasn't much selection of food and I though the best thing I tried was the brownies, which are probably not made by the lounge itself lol. I enjoyed the domestic West Jet lounge a lot more (although the price to get in the Aspire is cheaper than the West Jet one, at about $40 CAD).The selection of drinks do seem decent though, like wines, beer, pop, etc.
This is one of the better lounges. Big, roomy, comfortable. The coffee machine was broken when I arrived, but that happens. They fixed it promptly. Desk staff was professional and warm. They have a couple of private sleeping booths with cable TV in them.
Lounge is great! Definitely up there with the top.Clean, modern, great views, food was really tasty (hot and cold) with a wide selection of beverages (Alcohol, beer, wine, spritzers ).We got in at about 11 just in time for 20 minutes of peace before the rush. Lunch starts at 1130.
Fully serviced lounge. Accepts priority pass. Has a shower room for $10, variety of wines, breakfast cooked and delicious. Not many options for vegetarians or even little for vegans. Clean and hygienic place. With recliner bed for a quick nap. Has a few personal tv for news, movies etc
Good selection of food and drinks, lots of space, beds with privacy curtains. Pretty good!
I would not recommend the breakfast food here. But it is complimentary, so that is to be expected. The area itself is very nice, spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here to relax a bit or have a nap. They offer showers for $10.Overall, a great experience.
Loved this lounge! Went with my kids and found many things to do with them and eat. Often the lounges are not catering towards children. Roy greeted us with a smile and made sure to check in multiple times to ensure we were well looked after. My kids adored him. What a lovely oasis on the middle of the travel nightmare that is COVID. Highly recommend.
The lounge was not crowded during my visit on a Wednesday afternoon. Food selection was ok, but quality was low. Red wines were of low quality too. I tried all four of them available. Unfortunately soda comes out of a beverage dispenser only, like in most lounges.
Food was okay, however showers were and have been out of service for many months. I didn't feel that the other available services justified the cost. When I inquired at the front desk about the showers, I was greeted with hostility by the attendant. She accused me of not explicitly asking if showers were available (even though they are prominently advertised on the website) before I chose to pay...While I appreciate the pandemic rules are ever changing, I would also expect an airport lounge of all places—where people are travelling from places of varying levels of restrictions—would explain which services would be ineligible in this jurisdiction.
