They treat their customers like absolute trash! I ordered through Uber and when I told them their food was hard and old, they got all defensive instead of offering to trade my old food for fresh food. The guy who picked up the phone started saying that it didn’t matter because Uber takes a percentage of the money. Like seriously?? Who does that? Don’t give them your business. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting tasting food.

I ordered crispy pata mostly bones not too many meat and Kate kare it’s too much peanut butter meat is only 2 meats and 2 small slices of tripes. And they charged me almost $50 bucks. I am not going there anymore.
My mom ordered here for the first time to just try it out. So we ordered the crispy pork Kare kare and on their website, there were two different prices. One was 16.99 and another is 19.88. Either way, she was charged for 27.88, which comes to 32.19 with tips and taxes. She didn’t want to complain because the cashier seemed frustrated and didn’t know what she was doing (she had to call for help from the back) and there was a guy just chatting away on the phone and just ignoring my mom when she first came in. She just let it go and hopefully they actually fix their pricing. The food is okay. Definitely not a good amount for the price we paid for it.
placed an order through UBEREATs, poor communication with the staff, missing ordered, the staff Joanna doesn’t know how to handle customer, we are regular customer of these store but got disappointed! it’s store negligence if driver will pick up a certain order, it should be checked and completed before giving to the driver! Please train your staff and hope these will not happen again to the other customer

Disappointed, their sinigang isn't close to what I expected, the taste of the string beans and eggplant overpowers the sinigang. Doesnt even taste like sinigang at all. The mais con yelo is okay, maybe you can add packets of sugar if youre not sure if the customer wants it sweet or not. It's bland
I ordered my food from doordash and took me 3 hours to wait for the food call the call centre support they say the dasher been there waiting forever and when i got the food its very disappointing it doesnt taste like kare kare i order beef kare kare but didnt get any meat just veggies and its awful disappointing experience i dont recommended going there Waste of money
