BMW to me is one of the better fast food places. This particular location was a full restaurant, with all of the amenities that a&w offers at their sit-in restaurants. Food and service were both decent. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. They even still offered the real A&W mugs!
I been here 3 times and the food was really good the first time but Second and third time my food was trash… my food was cold.

Worst service....I came from drive thru mentioned at the start of the conversation I have a 2 can dine meal. We proceeded on with the order and when we pull to first window and presented them with the coupon. The cashier brought alot of sas and attitude saying to mention that next time..... even though I literally said at the start of the order "I have a 2 can dine meal....."Received the food and also mention on having the itemized receipt. They mention its in the bag. Upon coming home there was no receipt in the bag... service was poor and not impress with this location will find another place to go to next time.
You need to do something about your lettuce situation. Half the time the lettuce in the burger tastes off and it ruins the burger. Also probably not good for one's health.
Always very speedy and friendly service! I had to be parked once to wait for an order and it was out very fast from a lovely person.

A 30+ stories residential building with over 200 units of occupancy, but only has 2 elevators in service. Wait time can be 10 minutes in rush hours. Don't know why they shut down one elevator during the pandemic; to push more people sharing the elevator like sardines would help the outbreak????
At the risk of my favourite take-out place becoming too popular and busy... I have had the best breakfast sandwich ever. I think somebody's Mom is working in the back there. It was so fresh, juicy and tasty that it was just sad when I finished it. I literally have to talk myself out of going there 2-3 times a week
Staff are nice and take orders very fast. Inside is always clean and neat. Coffee is really good.No issue with finding a parking spot.
