The food and atmosphere was amazing. From the outside it seems like a rough looking place but inside it's super nice. One of the most unique restaurant experiences I've ever had. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because it's a little more expensive than I like to pay for one meal. If you go on an empty stomach and can eat a lot then it's definitely worth it. I completely recommend going and getting the endless one pot meal. Just be prepared to spend more money than at a typical restaurant. But it's definitely worth it. I would go again and tell my friends about it.
Amazing experience for me. I went here with my family, and my folks definitely love the hot pot we had. The broth was very flavorful and very delicious. The warm soup suits the weather. The ingredients are amazing too! I love the options of what we could put in our hot pot..very satisfying indeed. Good service and nice staff too!
We come here often for hotpot. The price for all you can eat is very reasonable and they have a great selection of food! They have delicious soup bases to choose from and lots of different condiments and toppings to make your own dipping sauce. I highly recommend their house made sugar cane juice, it's so refreshing and it goes perfect with hotpot.Keep in mind their service is a little inconsistent at times, especially when it gets a little busy and they forget to bring you all your food. But overall, we've had good experiences here!
Their hot pot here is really delicious, going here on a chilly weather is just so perfect. The broth is so flavorful that just the broth itself is already very satisfying. The street food dishes are so nice too! Our family loved every bit of our orders. Service is good and servers are nice and helpful to us.
Amazing experience. It was our first time trying hot pot & our server was very helpful. We have a nut allergy, which was a bit of a stressor when looking at past customer reviews, but we found the staff perfectly helpful in pointing out what to stay away from (most obvious items are marked with a peanut icon on the menu). It’s around $30 AYCE per person which is VERY reasonable considering the items that are included — we certainly took advantage of the seafood like shrimp, mussels, etc. Their dim-sum and similar items also seem good from what we tried (spring rolls, lobster/fish balls) and overall the quality is excellent for an AYCE restaurant. We didn’t have much trouble with the employees trying to skimp us like other reviews suggest; once or twice we had to request another ordering sheet, but everything always came out quickly and in the correct quantity. It would be great if they’d leave a water pitcher on the table because sometimes it’s hard to flag a server down and a person’s mouth tends to get dry when they’re eating this kind of food! Otherwise no complaints. We’ll definitely be back!
The food was alright but the experience was sub-par for hot pot. It's all you can eat but instead of a buffet-style table, you have to order your ingredients, and only two things at a time per person, which get brought to your table very slowly and in small proportions. With a 2 hour cut off, it means a lot of waiting and very little food at a time which makes the price feel less justified. It is often also unclear what ingredients are what when they are brought unless you stop the servers to ask, so it can lead to some confusion. If you order the chicken broth, note that the chicken they bring shortly after (which contains bone) is for flavoring the soup NOT for eating as a normal hot pot item.
Decent, I didn’t find it outstanding. The ingredients weren’t the best, but wasn’t bad either. Having individual pots were nice and I liked that I was able to go mix my own sauce. Overall, I would visit again.
Finally giving homage to the Chinese kid in me, Chinese Hot Pot All you can eat place 1Pot is a return to pure simplicity and tasty dishes. Great variety, comforting flavors and warm feelings. Love the place.
We went on Valentine's day and there was a lineup out the door. There were only two servers and yet we received amazing service. The food came out super fast and was SO delicious! Such a fun and affordable experience :)
I think it's a great concept but the menu was not clear whatsoever. there were no prices and I'd love if there was a more informatory version of the menu so customers like myself know how much the bill will be at the, don't get me wrong this place is great and the first time I went was a fantastic experience. I would recommend if you want true authentic asian cuisine
