Not really happy about how my husband was treated tonight. Ordered from a menu we received with our food a month ago. According to the coupon on the back, we could have had free chicken balls, because we spent over $40. The lady then told us that we had to spend $55 to use the coupon. We brought the menu with us just so we could show her, and the lady proceeded to insult my husband, saying it was impossible for us to have that menu because they changed their menus 3 months ago. Instead of her admitting that they gave us an old menu the last time we ordered, the woman proceeded to laugh at my husband and walk away. We won't be back. Their prices keep going up, and I don't appreciate the poor customer service.
We have been ordering from Wyn Garden for almost 5 years! We absolutely love it and it is priced much better than some other places. Just writing this makes me want to order! Portions are very big and we always get left overs for the next day after feeding a family of 5 (all adults, 3 males and 2 females) to give you an idea of the portion size. ?
Take out is awesome as are the portions. Remember no free items on special days (ie. Mother's Day, New Years Eve, etc).
The food is good.the soup is good.the owner and staff are very nice with friendly service
Ordered Chinese from this restaurant for a birthday party. The food was fresh, delicious and ready in a short amount of time. We picked it up ourselves and because we ordered a large amount, the owner gave us a free dish of our choice!
First off the staff are rude. The food is average at best. Do your self a favour and find another chinese cuisine.
My mom and I love this place. We go together and eat in, the staff are so nice and the food is always excellent. I get the Shanghai noodles, wonton soup, and the fried chicken. Good place for fresh and tasty food!
Ordered Takeout from this restaurant July17,2021 for first time. Pick up their menu first. Phoned in my order. Same Woman who l spoke to second time a few minutes later was very rude when l phoned again to ask for No MSG., no onions, mushrooms or cabbage. Prices are reasonable But Food was Terrible & Tasteless. Sweet & Sour pork overcooked, Chicken stir fry carrots were raw and the Chicken Chow Mein was inedible. Also onions and mushrooms were added to the Chinese Food when l TOLD her No Onions or Mushrooms! Not sure how they managed to make even the BBQ Pork Rice tasteless!!

ordered in for Mother’s Day,the sesame chicken looked like it was rewarmed at least two times,the ginger beef also was not fresh,everything tasted like it was second time over,we paid 90.00 for dinner for six,not recommended..sad
