We went here one night not really knowing that they’re actually closing soon because of the affected hours but they still ended up taking our order. Although they did I just wished we didn’t because the way they took our order was very unprofessional like I was asking for extra ketchup with the fries but the lady told me to just say it on the window and when we were at the window I was trying to ask for the extra ketchup but the lady just smiled and closed the window shut on me and locked it up. Point is service was bad and staffs were very rude.The food we ended up getting was very sloppily made like no effort was put into it. I worked at a fast food before and even if we were closing for the night we have never treated our customers the way we got treated in this location
I went to the drive thru at maybe 10:45 I was instructed to wait up front coz my order will take few minutes. So I did. I waited til like 11.05pm NOTHING! I wanted to get their attention, I finally saw a crew in the dining area. (Dining was closed only drive thru is open) She saw me, but proceeded to leave and DID NOTHING. I then decided to go to the drive thru window. And asked a customer to help me get the crew members attention and she did. I felt so bad. But she was nice about it. Then I said, hey! I've been waiting for the order I paid for more than 5 minutes now. I was being nice actually its more than that! It's like 11.10 at this point. There were some.stranded guests from the u.s. that was stuck and they wanted to order so I told them to hop on. We went to thr drive thru once again. Got their orders. Got my order. Because it's been that long, the manager decided to remake my order, gave me 2 free frosty. The whole angry experience was flipped. The Americans were happy I was happy as well. It's a good start to celebrating canada ?? day!
Thought the strawberry frosties were back, nope. Bit still used coupons to get 2 Dave's singles 2 large chocolate frosties and 2 pup sized vanilla frosties. Larger sized the order and made cherry coke to drink. Didnt take like coke though. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. One of 2 webdys in airdrie.
There is something special about this location: fries ? are so good, service is fast & the burgers are fresh & delicious. Well done ?? Wendy’s. ?
Great food but its funny how they keep advertising that they serve breakfast now but won't open early enough to sell it
Staff didnt listen to order, charged me for items I didn't want and were baffled when I tried to straighten it out with them. Never going to this location again
Still has plexiglass up, can't hear the counter person very well. Slow service.
Stopped in for a couple wraps. Quick snack . More like I should have ordered a salad ? not even any chicken in it.
There's nothing like finding God know what at the bottom of your salad. I pretty much finished eating the salad. I went to eat one of the last bites and found something not edible. It looks like a piece of beef hamburger meat, only with mold. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they just offered me a new order.... Not interested. I'm going to bring it to the attention of Health and Safety.
Im seeing so many bad reviews about this place I wish i saw that before I ordered because this is what I get for grilled chicken sandwich
