Ordered Classic Chicken combo. Bun tasted stale. Sandwich was probably the worst I have ordered from Wendy's.
Bought a grilled chicken sandwich and a single cheese burger, with small fries, diet coke. The sandwiches were very fresh and tasty. Friendly staff.
It was my first time at Wendy's. Food was good. The fountain machine had lots of drinks options. Good!
Wow two days in a row they forget something in my order.. Supper last night and Breckfest this morning.It was never busy either time, the attitude on the majority of the staff sucks most of the time. If I counted what they've actually forgotten over the past few months it would probably be a whole meal in itself. So the least I can say is this morning sucked. I wouldn't waste your time coming down here, I would go to the Wendy's by Canadian Tire, way more friendly and I've never had problems there with orders being wrong. I know that it happens sometimes but if it's that often, your probably the problem.
Ordered Dinner and my wife found a large piece of green plastic mixed it with her salad. Swallowing something like this could've potentially been dangerous.Like how do you make a salad where you'd get large pieces of hard green plastic in it.
They forgot our burgers and whe we got them they were cold, mine was a baconator that was so slimy the whole wrapper was covered and with not much bacon. Bathroom stall door does not lock and your feet will stick to the floor.
It's fast food...not a lot to say. Service was quick for a busy lunch hour. Food was correct thankfully.
This is one of the best Wendys I ever been to. My fries were hot and my chicken burgers were sizzling through the wrappers. The ladies were very nice as well.

They were out of a lot of the pops. It was just after 11:30 am. Who ever did the shift prep did not make sure they were set up for success no containers for ketchup in l9bby no napkins, and at least 4 or 5 drink options not available.
