Team has difficulty with preparing bagels, pretty simple toast it and spread some butter on it. Have thrown out as many as I've eaten, management needs to train staff on preparing food with some sort of level of quality instead of focusing on how many cars can we pump through per hour; I finally give up...won't be back again, good luck, hopefully this helps get something changed but reading other reviews on food quality leads me to believe that management at this location doesn't really care.
I've been ordering Café Mocha since I was in high school and this is the only location that never puts any cream on top. Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons surpassing the one off McKnight in NE Calgary as when I called to tell them they had the nerve to argue with me. Absolutely the worst customer service.Well I might be one customer but maybe one person will read this and it will be two that will no longer go to your business.
rudest people i have ever met. dont care about customers when i went up to the drive through there was no greeting lady only said what do you want no hi welcome to tims. then went in when i ordered a donut the man made it seem like my presence was an inconvenience. will not be returning again
Messed up 2/3 of our order, and the one item that was right had small black hairs in the hash brown. All the food was mushy as well.
The food is good, the drinks are good, the service has not been good for along time and I don’t think that will change.
This location is terribly inconsistent.When in the drive thru, they cannot get you gone quick enough - often handing you hot coffee while you're still paying.But when you order inside - it's incredibly slow. This past weekend I waited over 14 minutes to get 3 coffees. There was 1 person ahead of me in line.Sometimes the people here are really friendly. I've never had an unfriendly staff member but the inconsistency with their service levels is enough to make me go elsewhere.
Ordered a wrap and was given a halffilled taquito, in comparison to other Tims
Service was incredibly slow despite the fact that they had eight people working and three customers in line, and probably a few cars in the drive-thru.They also mixed up my double double lid and the regular coffee lid. So I ended up drinking the wrong coffee and so did my buddy.
If I could leave a lower review I would. Ignored me when I first entered for well over 10min and then proceeded to mess up my order and refused to fix it. Terrible staff/service. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other Tim's in airdrie as they actually know how to treat their customers
If I could give a -0 stars, this store would justify it. My experience this morning was like out of a Hitchock movie "The Birds". Walking in ordering and the counter "lady" like on steroids ruling, ganging up on customers with other customers whome I never talked a word nor seen in my life, bullying customers by laughing about them, talking degraditorily about them, customers ganging up on others from nowhere. Literally, my 10 min stay in this store was both traumatic and frightening beyond anything I have experienced in any other store in my life. Within 10 min my life became a whirlwind of confusion and freight ? trying to save myself and try to get out as soon as possible. The rule seems to be: order, dont speak and move out. Don't ask how to get a box for your timbits for your kiddos because it costs money, $3 and some to be exact? FOR THE BOX ALONE. A box at this location cost more than a coffee or a sandwich. Just unprecedented! An unprecedented horrible experience. Next time I have to order I will make a video and post it so there is a face and a look to the abuser. ?
