I was at this location this afternoon in the drive-thru. I ordered my usual drink & when I arrived at the pickup window I was having trouble bringing up the scan code for my rewards. As I was the only car in the drive-they I did not have time to do it prior to going to the window.Deanna was at the window and her impatience was showing as I attempted to bring up my rewards app.My latte was handed to me and I asked it to be stirred. I was told that’s how it comes! I commented that I’ve always had it mixed at that location. I handed the drink back & asked for it to be stirred, Deanna did not take my drink back but gave me a wooden stir stick instead. It was cracked & snapped in 1/2 when I went to use it. I’m in my car, removing the lid to stir the latte with a broken stick & had it drip all over my clothes & car! It would’ve taken Deanna seconds to use a metal spoon & prepared it the way that I wanted it! That girl needs to work on her customer service skills!On another occasion I ordered chili & a bun. I checked my order before driving off & found only 1/2 a bun! I asked for the manager & was told that is what was written on the order! Again an error in getting orders correct! Obviously the person who got the other half of bun was long before me as my bun was dry & hard. I ended up throwing it away!Tim’s at the Midtown location in Airdrie needs to train their staff at serving their customers better! This is one of the worst Tim Hortons that I’ve been too!!

Usually alright here, but today was not.Staff was very grumpy because I had to pay in cash, rolled eyes and messed up our order. Will probably avoid here fir a little while.

Amazing customer service! I had forgotten an item in my Uber eats order and it was to late to change in the app. I call them and they said they wouldn’t be able to add the item but would be able to add the item to the order for free! Something that was my mistake they made up for! Thank you!

The staff here are very personable, some even know me by name! Their service inside hardly had a hiccup, and when they do they fix it immediately.

The real truth is, quality of food/drink items rarely differ from one location compared to another.Language barriers can be an issue as I've often repeated my orders at this location. Unfortunately, this is also not unique to this Tim Horton's.Expect the same quality, service, and customer interaction as any other Tim's location.

Item received was not item ordered and it was cold. Ordered a white hot chocolate. Got a regular hot chocolate that wasn’t even lukewarm.

I ordered a delivery thru their app. There was 2 missing items, the store didn't even bother to call me to let me know they don't have the items or even offer me a refund. So i contacted corporate for a refund and haven't heard anything from them. Even the Iced capp i got tasted like water. Such a waste of money! I'm never ordering to this location again!

WORST SERVICE EVER! I couldn’t even finish saying my order without getting cut off every two seconds. The worker was extremely rude to me and even gave a me a burnt grilled cheese and was very inpatient.

I went to 7 Timmy's on this day and I have no idea what one this is. I bought cookies, coffee and gave them away. Check out the video on my YouTube channel.RHD YYC
