Like most Timmies, you have to remember the staff are of various levels of experience, age and some days you will get great service and others not quite. This one, ended reminding what was ordered and what was served and got the grunt.....Though the guy who cleans the tables etc makes this place actually nice because it is cleaned regularly
Why does my COLD Brew melt the ice each time I order it? Oh ya... because you're trying to pass off hot coffee as cold Brew when you're out. Just tell people you're out. I'm sick of paying for cold Brew and getting lukewarm coffee in a plastic cup.
This is a good place to spend few mins , I had to do some work and I need to use the laptop, staff were helpful. I drink coffee with Oat Milk and honey- honestly this is far better than drinking other places plus paying $2.50 more? Appreciate the Tim Horton's serving non diary products. Clean place to do some work. Good job you guys on this location....
It's getting to the point where I hate coming here. I will drive a little further and go to another location. The kids working in the evenings are ignorant. They rush you through the drive thru, mumbling the entire time. They have attitude at the window and basically throw your order at you. You can see them in the background, messing around, throwing things around, handling money and then handling food, it's disgusting.
Last 3 times I’ve gotten breakfast they’ve messed up my order. It’s always the same man who makes the mistake, and then when I go inside to rectify the issue I’m spoken to very disrespectfully.
Had to go back after the drive thru as my choc dip had a straw and a napkin stuck to the chocolate.at almost $2.00 I don't think so.
Great place my client with disabilities is an employee once a week here , it's ran by amazing people , hard working staff , very clean . And a good environment to have coffee with friends ?
My friend has one simple request whenever we go to this location: one medium regular iced capp. The last 3 times we have been to this location he has received a caramel iced capp instead of a regular iced capp which he despises. This is a pattern that is very disappointing to me. I will be going to the other Tim Hortons in Airdrie because of this.

This tim Hortons is terrible they can get the order right by the time I got home coffee was cold I recommend not going here absolutely ridiculous if I could give no stars I would
