Horrible service. Next to no egg in a breakfast EGG wrap. Was almost all bacon and a little egg yolk. Not even any egg white in the wrap. The young kid working the front till was helping his 3 buddies. They would purchase a bracelet to spin the wheel to see what they won, then would make an order. All 3 did this. It took 20 minutes just to get to the till to make my order. Only to be brutally disappointed with my food. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I bought 3 coffees and all 3 taste bad. I don't know if it's because they're from a machine and it doesn't mix well, but in the end, nobody liked it.
Just came from this location, went to buy breakfast, however, the place needs serious cleaning. Very hard to dine in as the place is filthy especially under the tables & tables not wiped either. I don't the last time the place was swept, not to talk of mopping Asked one of the staff how often the place is cleaned & she was so rude & responded " I don't know" & rolled her eyes
Got a few bites into my Boston Cream donut and realized no cream! Took another bite cause sometimes you don't get the cream til the end. No cream. I bought it the drive-thru but took it in to show them and get a replacement. Well, you would have thought I robbed their Grandmother! The cashier seemed terrified and couldn't speak. I asked for the Manager. She insisted I ate the cream at the beginning??? I reiterated no cream three times instead of arguing with her. Got another donut. Split it open and found a small dab of cream near the outer edge. Tim's is marketing their products as fresher and fuller than ever right now. I don't think this store got the message! Shame for accusing me of the great donut scam! This store and their corrupt staff are the scammers.
We might have given more stars if we were able to get any food. We went there because they're listed as open 24 hours but they really close at 11 p.m.
The food is good and comes at a good speed, but really need to work on customer relations, it’s like they are not happy to be working there.
Somehow messes up our order without fail. Didn’t believe it was possible. Go Tim’s.. will never be back ☕️Gave us the wrong order and then took it back. I know I’d be pretty unhappy someone else was touching my food before they gave it to me. Charged us for things we never received.Triple threat! Scammy and scummy and unsanitary.
Ordered donuts for the kids and picked them out. Didn’t pick any of the fancy ones and there wasn’t any questions on which we picked. Got to the car and down the road and noticed only 2 of the 6 were right. Hire some competent staff please.
Love coming to this location. The older lady at the drive thru always makes the best food and drinks. Thank you for making the experience great.
ordered tim hortons today was horrible watered down drinks and I asked for no whip cream and they gave it to me anyways, what if my family was allergic to that.
