I ordered a peach quencher which is supposed to be light orange, mine was RED it was full with syrup with no quench it was sour. I got to my car and nauseous, The lady calleigh was very sweet and helpful but the drink was way to sweet. Otherwise it’s a very clean and welcoming.

I have found if I use the mobile app to order ot goes much quicker and I am not trying to pat and scan my app and grab my food all in a rush. Works way better
I came in for my lunch to get my chili and coffee and Lydia was fast,efficient, polite and very friendly! She did a great job and was eager to help! Suggested a new way to get my chili shredded mozzarella cheese on my toasted white bun and then grilled. I will be back for sure
I’ve always found this Tim Hortans to be very reliable. I love the staff, and once when they messed up my order they immediately fixed it and apologized. They were very professional. Also I love iced caps!

Fairly consistent speed through drive-thru. Staff over are really good. By far better than most Tim's.
The usual Tim Hrtons service, fast and efficient. The best steeped tea outside of my home. Good food at a reasonable price.
One of the staff didn't scan my Tim's rewards card before completing the sale. She then said she couldn't scan it because the sale was complete. This was a $50 plus sale so very frustrating. I even asked to talk to the manager and the lady who messed up said she would ask the manager herself . She came back and said there was still nothing that can be done.I asked another worker (A Filipina) if it could be fixed and she fixed it asap. Had to redo the sale and then scan.1 star for the first lady I dealt with and 5 stars for the one who corrected it!!!#MahalKitaFilipinas
