This place is gonna close quickly. DT debit hasn't worked every weekend for the last month and people are just gonna stop coming. No signs no anything so if you don't have cash you're stuck waiting in a certain slow DT just to drive away with nothing.
OK Starbucks! It’s summertime if you’re going to put your vanilla sweet cream cold brew iced drink on your menu maybe make enough cold brew so you don’t run out at 2:30 PM. Maybe you don’t need to be out of your coffee cake and your cheese danishes at 2:30 PM! How about doing some management and stocking up on things. This was my experience today
Ordered vente London Fog in drive through. Would not use my personal cup because it was drive through even though other locations will. Told no earl grey so ordered vente chai latte, and the total was $1.40 less, which I accepted as I do not order chai as often as a London Fog. Got to the window and it was a small cup, ok, I guess I don't need a vente. Paid and drove off. Took a sip as I got on the highway YUCK, it was a small latte as in coffee, which I don't drink as it upsets my stomach. $5.00+ down the drain. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Stopped in for a latte on my way to visit family. A wonderful guy here made my day with a random act of kindness. Great service other times too!
Used to really like coming here but lately there have been lots of mistakes on my drinks and when I went with my friend they gave her 2% milk when she asked for soy milk. It’s not just a preference either, she’s literally lactose intolerant! Not sure why but the employees at the drive thru have also been a bit condescending lately too. This used to be my favourite location but now I’ll go to Sierra Springs more.
