Waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. When I finally got to the window I asked if the wait time was always this long - the cashier said “yeah”. I said “it always takes 25 minutes here??” She said”I don’t know”. I will not be returning.
I went last Thursday (I think) and had great service all around. The lemon loaf bread felt like a lemon party in my mouth. The guy working, Aaron, not only went above and beyond, but showed great care with what he was doing. I feel great customer service will always be his finest point. This location is what all true Starbuck's should strive for!
Worst starbucks in Airdrie. They almost always have their mobile order turned off as they did again today. Service in store was slow even though there was traffic. The male server who took my order was sarcastic and rude.
The girl at the window was super friendly.
