Today I came in and saw hard working barista taken a lot of orders and not taken a break for a second just wanted to shout out to these lovely people thank you for working so hard for all these great drinks your hard work is appreciated thanks for the great service today
Very friendly servers, who really seem to enjoy their job. Coffee and food was great, as to be expected from Starbucks
Shout out to all the staff this morning. (April27) I walked in with a blah sad mood and walked out smiling because all staff had a conversation with me about tattoos. Made my day and its only 10am. Thank you for the genuine people that work there ... oh and the coffee was amazing too. Please keep smiling.
I stop at this Starbucks at least once a week on my way to work. FOUR different times I've been served SOUR milk/cream in my coffee! This is seriously unacceptable at the premium I am paying for your coffee. Four times now I've arrived at work and had to pour out my brand new venti coffee. I've reached out to Starbucks Canada because this is out of hand. I don't understand how the staff don't know how to tell if dairy products are soured or not. There are literal chunks of sour dairy floating in the top of my cup. Safe to say it's the last time I'm stopping at this location out of convenience. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location. Pretty disappointed.
I'd want to increase my star rating to 5. I had a manager greet me on the dock when I arrived, and I was immediately provided a door to back into, and I was emptied in less than 30 minutes. From my initial visit, the place has greatly improved.??
I just wanted to give a shout out to the Sierra Springs Starbucks in Airdrie, I have always had such great service at this location and above and beyond friendly, pleasant staff experiences here. Honestly, the best Starbucks I've been too for overall quality and positivity. Well done Sierra Springs.
My latte was delicious and made as requested. The staff were polite and friendly. Even my pooch would agree... she loved her pup cup ?
Hit the drive thru after fuelling up at Costco.There seemed to be a bit of a wait to order, then to get our order.The breakfast sandwich was delicious and our two coffees (cappuccino & a nonfat flat white) were hot enjoyable.We were able to use our points to lessen the cost.All in all a positive drive thru experience.
Definitely not the best Starbucks I've been to. The barista first made the iced version of my drink even though I had asked for hot, which is fine, it happens sometimes. But then my drink wasn't made with any of the customizations I'd asked for the first time either. There were five baristas and we were the only two customers in the store. I just took it as is and left.
I wanted a coffee frappe with no base.. they said "this will break our blender" they talked to us in a really rude tone she called her manager and they both yelled at us, they said "people will say no to you in the future" well I know that but they talked to us so rudely and loudly never coming back again got me in tears just for 1 simple drink
