Had a great experience at Airdrie Popeyes . Everything hot. Chicken not greasy , well cooked and crispy. Great service. Very accommodating and polite. I have no problem recommending Popeyes Airdrie to family and friends . I’ve been there a few times and my experience is always the same. Well done
Great food and service! Often busy which means wait times for chicken. This makes some people upset even though it’s out of the workers control. Luckily employees are very patient with customers who aren’t so patient. Good job Popeyes!
Terrible service. I was trying to order the family meal offer on the website today, however, their website have some trouble and not letting the order to go through. I called them to explain the situation and the person I talked have no idea how to talk to customers, incredibly rude, zero phone manners. I ended up driving and ordered in the drive through, tried to explain and the woman have no ability to understand the situation, she said I can do nothing about that. Yes, you can do something, because you work in the company, tell the IT that website is not working properly. The workers need some training and need to learn basic manners.
I love their chicken. This store provide excellent customer service. And i feel they are very professional. Manager nikki she is kind let’s go according to the order number first come will be first out.. and i feel she and her team repeat the order every-time they are serving the order.
The working condition is worst I joined as an shift manager and every time they are short staff.Even store manager Anna doesn't care she leave early before checking everything is completely done or not.Most of the employees working there on LMIA they don't have any other option because of there close work permit I had an conversation with the cook as well as other people working there they know they are short staffed but they don't have any other option.If any food inspector or labour relation union is reading this please have a visit.Most of the staff is working long hours without overtime pay.Anna is the manager of the store she doesn't care as soon as it 10:00 PM she leaves for home leaving there employees unattended and then she expect all things to be done.Please request it's not worth working there the pay is less and they are short staffed and if by default you forgot your water bottle the manager won't let you take a fountain cup to even drink the water.Such a bad experience working in this location I would give zero star out of 5 but there is no option for that.
Service is extremely slow. Sat in drive through for seemed like forever and there were only two vehicles in front of me. I ordered a chicken and a fish combo and ended up with two chicken combos. I should have counted my lucky stars and just continued home but I thought I would like to try this new fish sandwich. I went back sat in line again at the drive through and I showed my invoice and they got me a fish sandwich… that’s using the term fish very loosely. I got two thick chewy batter with a bit of fish pressed in between. It was bad and very disappointing. I threw out the fish sandwich. Please stay out of the seafood business and stay with what you supposedly know. The shrimp meal was also very bad. No more seafood from Popeyes for me.
Worst Popeyes ever. Food is good when it gets to you. Never have enough chicken on hand. Then when they tell you it will be 7 minutes for more. Its is always like 20min. It is quicker to drive to Calgary and get better service than wait for this restaurant.Its the same every time you come, no matter what day or time of day it is.
I often order my chicken online from Popeyes and almost every time, I've received hot and fresh chicken. And, also whenever I've asked for extra sauces, they gave it to me without any extra charge. I would highly recommend visiting Airdrie's Popeyes.
Good fried chicken. We had the add on popcorn shrimp and the cocktail sauce is nice and tangy. I think the chicken could have a bit more seasoning but overall positive
Their dark meat is great with drums and thighs. I always eat those whenever I go to popeyes. Great place for grabbing some good chicken for the day.
