Worst pizza EVER, delivery driver pulled box out sideways...overcooked, and 25 min late on delivery. Absolute garbage!
Do not order from here, we ordered a few pizzas for my birthday. One of which was a large veggie pizza, once a bite was taken out of it we soon realize the green pepper was moldy…. When we called Pizza Hut to give them a chance to make this right. They refused to send us a new one, refused a refund then proceeded to fight with us that it’s fine. We suggested they take the one that has ONE bite out of it.. and they still refused. Proceeding to scream and yell at us. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Order from Paul’s pizza just around the corner.
Pizza came 30 minutes after delivery time, was cold and not the best . Wish I had checked reviews first. The driver didn't even apologize.
If you allow people to dine in, at least provide some napkins and cups!!! I don’t know if it wasn’t like this before Covid. But if you don’t bother to set up any condiments, PLEASE inform customers!!!Not able to get Online deals since we were dining in.We bought a large pizza and a bottle of coke but couldn’t enjoy it.Nothing was available. We asked for some cups and he said “No Cups”.You knew we are eating in and you charged us for a big bottle of pepsi.Were you expecting 4 of us to drink it from a bottle?No napkins were displayed. We had to get some from a toilet.Total waste of money especially if you are thinking to dine in.

I used to order online regularly from pizza hut and enjoyed the loyalty program of getting a free pizza for every 5th pizza you ordered online, but then noticed the app didn't reward me twice, I've called and even tried to contact thru app but of course no response, I know it's petty but I haven't ordered from pizza hut ever since.It's the little things like that - that are so irritating in today's "online" and non customer service world

When I went to go pick up my order the cashier, Tyler was extremely friendly, and was great to work with. The food tasted amazing as usual. The restaurant has also got a really cozy vibe, and the place is kept very clean.
