The best pizza in town! Fresh ingredients and love that we can have artichokes! Love the creamy garlic sauce! The take and bake pizzas are absolutely the best…and have the absolute best crust! The customer service is super friendly and on point! All my friends love this pizza hands down! Never fails to satisfy!
We ordered pizza for a school event and it arrived hot and was delicious. Every pizza had exactly what toppings were on it, as some of the students couldn't eat certain things. I would have given it 5 stars, but a bit more cheese would have topped it right off! Thank you for accommodating us and giving us a great meal.
This place is all that!! I smelt the aroma from the restaurant today while I was leaving a nearby meeting…smelt awesome so I came home and ordered a plant based pizza and customized it a little. BEST plant based pizza I’ve had ever. Will be telling others about this place ?Good Job Guys
Bought coupons on Discover Airdrie online auction. Had never heard of the place before, just bought them. What a good decision that was. I’ve only had the take and bake so can only comment on that. Like them very much. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store looks very clean. My coupon is done but I will be going back.
Always thought pizza had to have tomato sauce but after trying the chicken garlic pizza, I decided I was wrong. This is our go to pizza by far and their thin crust is the best I have tried to date. The stuffed pizza is also really good. I have yet to have a pizza that disappointed. Highly recommend.
Amazing pizza place. I order from here all the time , always love eating from here , people working here are equally polite and cheerful. Quick and Excellent service too . Highly recommend this place.. can never leave unhappy ?
I'd give 0 if possible.... The worst pizza experience ever.Thought my children were eating incredibly ooey gooey cheesy pizza, only to find out after they finished that it wasn't stringy cheese but completely raw pizza dough. They insisted I drive across the city for a new pizza after I called for a refund. Finally they said they'd send a new pizza, only for it to arrive burnt on top and raw dough (though not as raw) underneath. I was as mad as Gordon Ramsay receiving raw chicken but really tried my best to be pleasant when I called back. They insisted they made it right by sending me a new pizza.... Seriously?! Then said they'd only refund $20 of the $32. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and asked to speak to the manager, to which the employee said yes and hung up. Called back, the employee said I was to come the next day to speak to the manager and finally agreed to give me a refund. Not trusting anything being said, I packed up the burnt pizza and raw pizza scraps and returned to the store for a refund. They had absolutely no empathy or care that children ate completely raw pizza... I guess I should have paid closer attention to what was under the toppings but have never been served raw pizza before... What a joke...!!
Papa Murphy's is the only place we order from. The service is fantastic, never more than 20 minutes for the pizzas to be ready. Delicious pizza with high quality ingredients and such friendly staff. They also have super reasonable prices. We were able to get a large cheese and large pepperoni for only $20!
Was great when it first opened but when I went there the other night the pizza was mediocre at best. The crust was hard on the edges but a bit undercooked in the middle. The people working that night were not wearing masks properly and had them on their chin the entire time. Probably won’t come back.Edit: just saw another review and it seems like it is very common for employees to wear the mask under the chin while making the food. Not impressed
I have been ordering pizza from the Airdrie location for a while now. The last two or three times I have noticed a big change in the quality and an increase in cost. They are really skimping on the toppings and the pizzas do not taste as good as they used to. At this rate I won't be ordering any more pizza. Too bad, because they were very good when they first opened.
