so many options for toppings, staff is great, they even have gluten free options. But not many ice cream flavors ? only about 5 different flavours and most of the machines are empty... but other than that it's a good place.
The frozen yogurt was alright, but you’re not just paying for the food that you are buying, you are also paying for the weight of the cup as well. They do not zero the scale for the cups. $31 for 3 cups is ridiculous.
It's a wonderful place for varieties of frogurt (yogurt based flavoured icecreams) with lots of topping options like dry, fresh and liquid. They also have different bubble tea, smoothies, shakes. It is neat and clean with good sitting environment. Staff is well mannered. Must try once.
Went today. Got here at 5 pm. Sign says open until 8 and so does google. Both doors locked and no one answered the phone. Drove in from Calgary so that was kind of a waste of gas.
Went in nobody was there for like 5 minutes, half of the ice cream machines were out of order. Owner was very rude and impatient worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The card machine apparently wasn't working properly took my money and made me pay with cash and wouldn't give me a refund on my car even had the bank statements to prove it . The toppings were stale too . Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. I wouldn't even give it a star
Came here with my family on a Sunday at 5pm no one was there and the store was closed, update your hours I came here from Calgary
I used to love menchies but hadn't been there in a while. I went the other day for a treat, got 2 regular-sized servings and the total was nearly $19! I was gobsmacked. After retrying the product, I was also disappointed in the quality. It is nowhere near as good as it used to be and far too expensive! I will not be returning.
Showed up at 9:10 p.m. on a Friday and the store was closed with all the lights off. The website says they close at 10 p.m. so I guess whoever was working tonight decided to go home an hour early. Won’t be coming back here. I would rather drive to Calgary to get better service and frozen yoghurt.
My favourite frozen yogurt place. They have the best unique flavours and great toppings. Always great!
Ridiculously overpriced for stale toppings and yogurt that tasted like plastic.
