This location should be ashamed of their late night services. I think I always get the days leftovers every time. Do they even cook anything fresh after dinner hour? Rock hard bun, dried out pattie and ice cold limp fries. This is not the first time. Probably the sixth time. I have had it! The worst quality control ever.
First time at this location yesterday with a friend, and the place behind the counter was utter chaos. Lots of staff running around bumping into each other. Ordered two egg and cheese muffins, and they apparently were too much of challenge for the kitchen staff to process. Received one proper order and the second one with some kind of round meat (ham??). Went in and told the staff, and they “fixed it”, only to realize it was the same thing again. Not going here again.
The person taking our order in the drive-through was rude. Then when we got our drinks, someone deliberately placed a dead fruit fly on the top of the frappe, and put the lid on top. Drove all the way back, and none of the staff could look me in the eye. All the staff had to be under 20 years old. Got my refund and left. We will never be back.DO NOT GO HERE!
With every fast food place there’s going to be hit and miss days, but this is a few times in a row now where my food has been surprisingly great. The burgers have all the stuff in the middle and taste fresh the fries are perfect crispy and salty sand the drinks aren’t 50% ice. Very well done McD crew.
Service could be more efficient. I find that my orders are often incomplete. Most recently, our family came for breakfast and a whole happy meal was missing until I said something.This is coming from former McDonald's employees.
Sat at the drive thru order speaker for 5 mins, me and someone else were both there. We both left after not even hearing a, just a moment please or some kind acknowledgement that we were there. He backed out. I drove around and saw only 1 vehicle there. It was late and not busy. I don't understand the delay. Maybe the managers should schedule more than 1 person. This combined with the fact McDonald's just cut poutine from their menu, 90% of the reason I go there. Means I'll never be going back. Oh well.
So my husband went to Coopers McDonalds and I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with FRESH nuggets and got day old nuggets. They were disgusting and shrivelled up. The fries were only half full and my husband ordered extra Mac sauce and got extra ketchup. And this is why we never go to McDonalds, we only go perhaps every 4 months. Too bad A&W wasn't open late in the night because that's who would get my business over McDonalds.
This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to! It's so consistently bad that it's a bit entertaining to be honest. The fries are always soggy! One time the box that the fries were held in was as soggy as the fries!
Ordered kind of close to closing but was not expecting this kind of disaster, missing half my order, nuggets rock hard, this double cheeseburger was literally bare and stale, and the fries were rubber and half filled. I tried calling and got activity ignored by the employees on shift. I work along with skip and delivery everyday, this is just a garbage experience with this location, and based on the other reviews I can see it happens often.
Drive thru was quick and order was correct. Order did not appear on order screen and at no point was I told my total owing and at window was just handed change with again no total as to what I owed. Had to ask for a receipt at the second window. Staff need more training
