Stopped off here for lunch. Used the order boards for our order and didn’t have to wait too long. There were plenty of seats inside and the washrooms were clean. Food and coffee were fine too.

I usually don't bother with writing negative reviews, but this particular location is probably one of the most inconsistent McDonald's I've been to. I can't order coffee here anymore as everytime I have in the last 3 or so months it's been made wrong. I understand that people make mistakes, but the amount of time I've asked for a simple double double only to be given some random mixture of cream/sugar is just mind-blowing.

Hands down worst run McDonald’s in all of Calgary and surrounding area when it comes to getting what you ordered. Of the last 10 orders, we’ve been missing full items (Fish Fillet from a Fish Fillet meal, a medium fries from a 10 piece nugget meal, sweet and sour sauce from our kids happy meals, chocolate milks from kids happy meals) and two times were served half cooked fries, including today. They are disorganized and horribly managed. Nice people though.

No toilet paper in men's washroom. Asked someone to replace it. 10 minutes later I told someone else there is no toilet paper... Tells me they don't get stock until tomorrow. We will give you some paper towel to wipe with. UNREAL! Guess what, you can buy toilet paper across the parking lot!! I ended up having to go find a roll in my truck. I hope the paper towels plug up your plumbing pipes. PS the rest of the washroom is disgusting, paper towels in urinal, couldn't see myself in the mirror, wall's are dirty.... All this at 830 am. Someone needs to wake up over there!!!!

Made a quick stop over at this McDonald’s for a coffee and nothing else. No one else was inside and the kitchen was full of staff. I had to flag someone down to take the order, they took it and completely disappeared. After ten minutes of waiting around there was still no sign of staff coming to check that my order was being filled despite the order number being there on the screen. After fifteen minutes of waiting I finally got my drink for something that normally takes seconds. Wasn’t too impressed on this one.

Worked here for ____ year(s) can’t begin to tell you how utterly incompetent every single manager here is, (not ilona she’s cool) horrible wages, often working 2 or 3 other peoples jobs, constant incompetent hires, not to mention the 90% turnover rate. You tell me to give it my all but can’t give me actual benefits? Or how uniforms come out of my pay check, without telling me? How about you tell me when procedures change when they change, or before they change, and not 12 minutes before the health inspector shows up. The food is also garbage

Would give zero if could, the absolute worst management I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant ever, every time I’ve been in there the clear managers and veteran members of the staff could not of been more obnoxious and less caring about anything going on including they’re staff, everyone I’ve stepped foot into this location it’s been nothing but angry customers, rude management, unhappy customers, and young workers clearly not in destress. The worst part is any time I’ve given a complaint to corporate they tell me they are training new people yet I see the same people in there every time. Ridiculous, avoid this place if you can.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie (among other things in the meal), was told to wait in the secondary line up while they cleaned the smoothie machine.Got a blueberry smoothie after waiting almost 10 minutes. Didn't bother going in to swap it out for the correct flavor because of the extended wait. This particular location is ridiculous and never fails to disappoint.

It's hard to give any fast food drive-thru a high rating if you go there frequently. I say this because even if most of your experiences are good, there will always be the odd time where the experience isn't so good. This is one of those drive-thrus. I can only speak for late night service, between 11pm and 3am. I don't know what goes on here during the day. However, the vast majority of my experience at this location is that the staff are friendly (mostly), the service is great (mostly) and the food is fresh (mostly). Freshness of food is important to me at a drive-thru. To me nothing is more disappointing than waiting a drive-thru for 15 minutes then finding that your food is old and barely edible. It's like, "why didn't I just go home and cook myself a meal?!" This location has never made me feel this disappointed. Most often it's super fresh! Again, I can only speak for the late night service but with this in mind, I definitely recommend this location!
